The house is just nice for a small family with two separate bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and we can cook our meals during our stay. The house's location is just beside a train railways where we can see the train passing by. Our kids were actually so thrilled to see the trains passing by the house.

The heating system inside the house is not so efficient. We stayed during winter and there was heavy snow outside. As mentioned by the property, we cannot utilize more than 2 heaters at one time as the electricity breaker will trip. Honestly, 2 small heaters are not sufficient to get us warm during winter season, but we managed to sleep well that night. And I think maybe the owner can remove or change the table in the living area with just a small table to have some space, otherwise it is quite cramped.

Great location and excellent value for money. Enough room for a family of 5, all our gear and ski rentals. Close to the HV shuttle network, free shuttles, bus lines to Nagano, supermarket, restaurants, train station and cafes. It is cost effective accommodation.

Too many personal items in the house meant things needs to be moved away when we arrived and put back out when we left. Minor comment.

I had a wonderful stay! The place is very convenient, just a short walk from the station and close to a supermarket delicia. The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Hakuba!

It wasn't clear where we would find the keys, as we checked in later than agreed. We couldn't reach anyone by phone to ask. We just figured it out by looking in the mailbox.

The place was close to Hakuba station with all the cooking amenities such as Microwave, Gas Stove and utensils. There was no interference from the owner. He allowed me to keep my luggage inside even before the checkin time.

There was issue with the wifi and it was not working at all. Complained to the owner but he kept saying that he will do something about it but did nothing during whole duration of my visit. There was some issue regarding the cleanliness of the place.

Good location for short walk to large supermarket and Hakuba train station and taxis.

Very old and could do with electrical upgrade as appliances trip the fuse easily in winter. Kitchen could do with a thorough spring clean including cleaning rubbish bins .
