Mt. Inasayama is a major tourist attraction in Nagasaki. The hotel is located on the mountain and offers a grand view of Nagasaki Harbor and wharf especially at night. The staff are great, helpful and very polite. The facilities offer gorgeous views, several large baths (not onsen hot springs, but similar) a couple restaurant choices and a bar. Of course all the usual amenities are available. It's not the most modern hotel, but that's what gives it character. It was a fantastic choice for our last night in Nagasaki on this trip. We really enjoyed our stay and would book it again.

The main restaurant was booked solid with at least one large tour group we were told upon our arrival. Without a car the only option we had for dinner other than calling a taxi was a small cafe at the hotel. We ate there and unfortunately were slightly disappointed in the quality of some of the food items. The menu isn't broad or tasty enough to adequately cater to a diverse guest population. The food was served in disposable cardboard containers with disposable wooden utensils. I think the food could be improved pretty easily. The staff, the view and the dessert malasadas made up for the meal though. We would only recommend going to the I (heart) cafe for a drink and possibly dessert.

The view was spectacular, onsen was nice, as was the rooftop bar. Fairly large rooms by Japanese standard. Not a new hotel, and a tad scruffy, but for me it just adds the charm.

Location was mixed. I booked it for the view, and it did not disappoint. However, the hotel is a bit far from city center, and not too well accessible by public transport, but does offer shuttle bus service to the train station during daytime.

Stayed 1 night at this hotel. Room was clean and essential items were provided for. Room was large enough for the twin beds and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was situated on a hill away from the city centre. The view of Nagasaki city from the hotel rooftop was beautiful both in the day and night. The onsen in the hotel was clean and large. There's fee carpark and large enough for many cars. Highly recommended.

There are no hooks inside the bathroom for hanging towels and clothes. Deodorizing mist can't be found in the room. Suggest to buy all what you need first before heading up the hotel which is located on top of the hill especially if you have to rely on public transport. There's a small takoyaki restaurant located diagonally opposite the hotel if you want some small bites.

The staff were excellent! They were kind and gracious from the shuttle drivers to door greeters to receptionists. IT has the most beautiful view of the city during the day and especially at night. Provides free shuttle to Nagasaki station.

We were in the annex section of hotel which looks like the older portion . The carpet in the hallway has a bit of old smell. Our room carpet needs changing, was old and dirty. The shower floor creaked.

The hotel is located on a hill, so you get one of the best views of Nagasaki from the rooftop! There's was also lots of parking provided Rooms are also much more spacious. For the ladies, there's a shampoo bar near the public baths for you to try out different shampoos.

The breakfast was amazing. Definitely worth adding. The two big baths were great and all the staff were helpful and friendly.

I would have liked another hour before checking out and an earlier check-in. 4pm - 10am seemed a bit rushed but it kept me busy.

The location is great. The view in the room is beautiful. Breakfast is good. Hotel manager and staffs are very friendly and helpful. They changed and upgraded my room after I complained about the mattress and pillows. Thank you for their professional service and quick response. Will definitely come back again.

The mattress is not even and pillows are too soft and flat. The breakfast finishes at 9am. it would be nice if it closes at 10am.

The services from the staffs are impeccable, and the food for the breakfast buffet is delicious. Spending time in public spa is enjoyable and feel relaxed from the busy work. If you wish to travel Nagasaki and lived in this hotel, please be reminded to check the schedule for the buses because the hotel is not located in the town centre of Nagasaki

The rooms are very clean and spacious for 3 pax. Nice view Breakfast is selection is good. The staff are very friendly and can speak English and Mandarin. The hotel facilities and Onsen are great.
