The hotel is across the street from Nagasaki Station. It's a bit tricky to access but elevators to the overhead walkways made it easy. An elevator arrives outside the hotel's front door. Tram terminal is also just outside the facility. This makes for easy access to attractions in all directions. Staff is polite and helpful, though English was a challenge for some. The room was typically small but well-appointed. Guest basic knowledge of Japanese is always helpful. Free amenities are on offer. The breakfast is ample and almost entirely Japanese cuisine. Restaurants and local stores fill the surrounding area.

Easy access to the station and mall. The tram stations are just outside the hotel and there's a lift to get to the overhead bridge to the mall. The hotel entrance looks compact but there are some seats and self-storage lockers near the front desk for the guests. Staff was courteous and efficient. Rooms seemed newly renovated and looked bright and clean. Our rooms were further away from the front of the hotel so we didn't hear the traffic noises.

Long corridors with corners leading to the rooms further away from the front of hotel. Good thing the corridors were brightly lit or else it would be dim and unsafe to walk alone to one's room.

Insanely convenient location, over the walk bridge for the main road and the hotel is directly in front. Lift access is available for luggage. The Hotel is walking distance (45 min) from all the monuments north and about the same for points of interest (Grover park etc) south. Staff are wonderful and very efficient and it was good value for money Room was a reasonable size for a single occupant

The hotel room is a bit dated. But honestly for the value for money with location and everything else, this is not a big deal.

Right in front of the hotel is the lift to the overhead bridge. Walked past the hotel without knowing. We arrived before 2pm and the staff allowed us to check into our room as it was already ready. It was such an expected surprise. For anyone who arrives before the rooms are ready, there are lockers to store one's luggage. The tram station is in front of the hotel so travelling by tram is very convenient. Walking distance away is the JR station, the bus terminal and a shopping complex. Very good location. Breakfast was Japanese style and very well presented. Some may find the choices rather limited but since it is a buffet, there is no stopping one to eat more of what one likes.

Excellent location. I was able to find bus stops and convenience stores (7-11, Lawson, Family Mart, etc) easily, across from AMU Nagasaki (shopping mall including supermarket), excellent housekeepers, attentive front staff, automated check-in/out at the lobby level with large screens.

Nothing that I didn’t like. I stayed while their exterior renovation was going on (received an advance notice, of course), but I didn’t hear any noise. I could see the construction foot holding thing outside the window. Not really noticeable if you shut the daytime lace curtain (it’s common practice to have lace curtain and sun blocking curtain combo in Japanese hotels)

The location was convenient to all forms of transportation. I did a quick 2 minute check-in with my car parked illegally in a small lot just around the corner. I was given a sheet with instructions to get to the reduced rate lot the hotel uses a short block away, and I was back out the hotel door and on my way to legal parking in about 3 minutes tops. Pleasant, helpful staff. Clean. Well run.

The view out my window was of a wall about 2 meters away.

Great hotel, right on the Nagasaki station, so very easy to get to when getting to Nagasaki, also very easy to get everywhere in Nagasaki. There is a nice alley outside the hotel with good restaurants, and much more restaurants nearby. There are convenient stores right outside the hotel. The room was clean, equipped with everything needed. Very fast WiFi, I could make some work from my laptop which was very convenient for me.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Cuore Nagasaki Ekimae. The hotel location is great, the personnel are polite, and all the amenities have been provided. Price/Quality ratio met my expectations. I marked comfort level as good due to the fact the room is a standard small one suitable for 1 or 2 travelers. Nice choice for those who want to save some money and have a pleasant stay in Nagasaki. Breakfast was excellent!

Staffs were friendly and respectful upon entering. There’s free bathroom amenities at hotel lobby for free! Near and convenient to Nagasaki station. Lawson and family mart are beside the hotel only.

Bedsheet doesn’t look like it was clean. Blanket was a bit old. I think it’s time for the hotel to upgrade the blanket and bedsheet. Pillow was soft. Aircon wasn’t cold at all. Property is still under maintenance so hotel view is blocked by construction clothes.

Excellent location opposite Nagasaki station and tram stop. Clean, reasonable size rooms, good size bed, clean bathroom. Staff were nice, one guy was very helpful could speak more english than other staff, and another lady.

Some staff didn't speak a lot of English, so a bit hard to communicate, also I got the staff to call a taxi for me, they called but then it didn't go through, so just told me to hail one off the street, told me the location and I went there and there were no taxis. I had to go to another hotel closeby who called me a taxi instantly.
