Close to the train station, with Nagasaki easy to get around by tram and the trams passing by this same spot. Very quiet location with fabulous view to shrine and Kannon on the hill behind the hotel. Great to have washing machine in the room. More space than usual for a hotel room in Japan, and the bonus of kitchen space as well. Friendly staff at check in.

It did take us a bit of time to figure out that we had to go to a co-reception desk for check in which was around the corner a ways - the map on the front of the building is a bit back to front. It would have been nice to have received advice of this requirement via booking.com mail before arrival at the property. Once that was sorted however, access was straightforward and check out was a simple card drop off without need to return to the other building.

Perfect location, very professional, kind staff. World-class employees!! Perfect ambassadors for Nagasaki, and I have travelled all over the world. They are simply outstanding. They gave me an incredible room on the top floor. I absolutely loved it! Had everything you needed and more. Extremely clean and comfortable. Nicest accommodation I had during this trip to Japan. Thank you all!!

If I had to complain about something, I would just say that the toilet paper could have been better quality, and I wish the curtains in the room were blackout. But the room was so nice otherwise, it didn’t matter. This hotel is basically perfect!

Nice spacious room. With many amentities. Very clean.

Although the room was ready we could not check in one hour before the scheduled check in time for free. Checking in before the check in time costs 1000 yen per hour. We didn't appreciate this at all. Also there was an unreasonably high fine if you loose the key card of the room which was a bit stressfull.

The size of the room. Compared with typical Japanese hotel rooms, what we had was huge. The view is also wonderful.

The reception desk was hard to find, even when following the direction given by the hotel. Fortunately, when we asked someone passing by, the gentleman went out of his way to help us find the place. He called the number twice, and eventually lead us to the right address. We were very very grateful.

The staff are very kind! They give me some of recomendation and very welcoming! The facility is also great the reception building and the hotel is not very far and also they have aminities bar that can help you enhoy the trip more! I definietly will comeback to this hotel again 😸

Excellent value for money, large space, could store luggage before check in. Supplied towels and pyjamas and hand towels (compared to some other places which didn't)

Some minor scuffles (e.g. door doesn't close properly without a bit of force for our room) but otherwise was a good place to stay!

Spacious and clean room. The dryer function in the shower room was good enough to dry our laundry. The kitchen had the basic cutlery. Check-in was at the central reception, just few minutes walk from the hotel.

Nice sized room with kitchenette. Instructions provided for appliances. Washing machine in bathroom worked well and single use detergent was provided. Good natural lighting. Very quiet neighbors.

Beds were a little hard.

Nice room, with good facilities and a comfortable bed. Washing machine was a bonus. Great location close to the bus and train station. Handy for tram stops.

Check in was in a different building. A printed sheet in English might be useful for International guests to explain the location of the apartment. We had to go back and check after trying Google translate of the sheet.

New hotel, good size room, nice views, nice mini-kitchen, good washing machine, daily collection of garbage.

Larger plates and some soup bowls would be a nice addition to the kitchen.
