Good location and not far away from the station. Just take the bridge across the main road and walk up a side road.

Property is a bit tired, but quite comfortable. Breakfast is essentially a bento box delivered to the hotel, so a bit disappointing.

Very close to the bus station (if you come by Highway bus) and also not far away from the train/ tram station. The staff is friendly and can speak english. The room was clean and well equipt with everythink you could need. Also big enough and very quiet. They have a lift and you can store your luggage after check out.

The bed was somehow a bit low and the matress a bit hard but other that this it was all good.

The staff at the counter were just so friendly and warm. Words are not really needed. You can tell by their energy how they are pleased to have you there. Even the lady who was cleaning my room was also very nice. I really felt protected and welcomed here. And to add to that was the excellence of my room. It was just the right size to feel rested. It was very quiet and felt homey.

Hmmm.. nothing I could think of.

Convenience to transport to station and a number of really interesting sightseeing places including Mt Inasa and hill side temples and shrines. Close to good food and short tram ride to good shopping.

Smokey smell in the hall way leading to the room.

It was in a great location from main train station as well as then getting the bus to the airport. And generally getting around the city to see the sights. The bed was comfortable room was clean and staff super helpful and polite

Staff is absolutely amazing. Perfect location. Just a short walk from the main station. Main tourist attractions reacheable by street car. Nice room, with confy bed, nice shower and toilet and very clean.

Small hotel very close to the shinkensen station. Good sized room, but the bathroom is very small.

Our room was next to the elevator which was very noisy overnight.

Location is amazing, one block from train or tram. Room is large and comfortable, beds were good, staff were friendly and accommodating to requests.

Location, close to nagasaki station, plenty of restaurants and shopping mall. Plus fabreeze (disinfectant) was provided in the room.

Difficult to adjust shower's hot water

location was very good ! we came with the bus and the hotel was across the bus stop. when you walk into the hotel and room you feel like going back in time its very charismatic and the room was very big with a nice view.
