The hotel is great! Amazing value for money. The location is superb. Next to the train station and tram station. It's super easy to get anywhere in Nagasaki. The room was small but very cozy. Check-in and checkout was super fast with their screens and although they don't have their own parking, there's parking behind the hotel which costs 1200 yen per day. We left the car there for the 3 days we explored Nagasaki.

We only travel with backpacks and we're fine, but if you come with lots of luggage, you might have a small space problem.

This is my second time staying here. Location is excellent and the staff is always super helpful. The luggage keep service was very convenient and they accepted my request for an extra pillow.

I stayed in a Single Room before and this time I stayed in a Comfort Single Room, which is slightly more expensive. In my opinion, the regular Single Room has a much better layout, with a desk and chair, a mirror in front of the desk in addition to the full size mirror and it just feels more spacious. Comfort Single Room didn't feel like a step up from that, especially if you need to work on a desk. Either way, both room types are fine for a single person and you can see the differences in the room photos.

It is very close to the train station and the intercity bus terminal, with several convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Although the room is small, it is comfortable. It has several USB ports so USB chargers are not required. The breakfast, in buffet style, for only ¥1000, is well worth the money and delicious. I should have also booked the breakfast when I made the reservation. I would choose this hotel again on my next visit of Nagasaki. Forgot to mention the staff were very nice too.

The window panes are not light-proof even when completely closed.

The hotel is only about 5 minutues walk from Nagasaki Station. The staff were very friendly and helpful though I didn't have much interaction with them. The coin laundry (300 Yen per load; 100 Yen for 30 minutes in the drier) was a boon. The breakfast options were many though the western ones were limited to bread rolls and croissants. But by mixing the western and eastern foods there was enough to choose from overall.

The room - a single - was very small. There was a constant low-level sound of dripping coming from within the bathroom. I couldn't locate it but it must have been the toilet cistern. I managed to sleep OK so it wasn't the big problem I thought it might have been when I first heard it. Most signs and explanations had an English translation. The exception was the laundry. I managed to work out how to use the machines using Google Translate. This was fortunate as some of the steps to use the washing machine were not what I would have expected. For example, you add money, turn on the machine, it gives the bowl a disinfectant rinse and THEN you put your clothes in.

Location was very good. The hotel itself is on the smaller side, but the rooms were big despite this. Breakfast was good, and the variety was sufficient. Staff was very friendly, and could speak good English.

For our room the bathroom was elevated quite a bit from the level of the room, this can make it hard for people with bad legs. If you are one who has this kind of problem, it probably best to ask the hotel, if they have a room that doesn't have an elevated bathroom.

Location was great - near Nagasaki station as well as one of the streetcar stations. In the main station building there are also plenty of places to eat as well as a nice grocery store. I'm not much of a shopper, but there are lots of stores to shop at as well. Staff was very friendly & check-in went smoothly since I had already paid online. Wifi was great as well.

The bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked. I'd rate it a 6/10. I'm not sure another room would have been any different, so I just endured 😊.

Close to Hakata station. Close to restaurants (you can find them on the street near the hotel, or at Hakata station/shopping mall) The breakfast was decent. Not a lot of fruits (orange only if my memory is right). The staff was friendly. I arrived early and they kept my luggage. This was really appreciated. Shower is good, water is hot. Room was OK for 1 adult. There is an USB cable in the room (apple, micro USB and USB c).

The bed was a little too hard to my liking.

Staff was always very helpful. Location is super convenient near train and bus terminals, also a department store with supermarket, electronics store, café and more. I like the single room (8th floor), it was enough space for me.

My family stayed at a double room and for two people with suitcases it really becomes much more cramped in space, the room space distribution isn't as convenient as the single room.

Private room was cheaper than a dorm bed would have been on the weekend in Fukuoka. It was small but well equipped and clean, this hotel is high standard for a very good rate, excellent value! Nagasaki is a very beautiful city, worth to spend a few days there and Hotel Wing Port is the perfect base. Location is also great, steps from the JR station and next to the coach terminal, in the very centre between all the attractions.

Considering the central location (ideal to explore the city for sightseeing) the price is very good. The room had everything you would expect and need. I accidentally booked a smoker-room, but the smell was quickly out.

I don’t enjoy the self check-in. But there is staff ready to help. Don’t expect a fancy hotel. But for the price i paid it was very good and would recommend it.
