The strength of this APA hotels is undoubtedly the position. It's not only located in front of Nagasaki train station, but also next to the bus station as well. Some bus stops are literally in front of the hotel, and the tram isn't far either. It's a center position that has all the main attractions of the city either in walking distance or using bus /tram: Chinatown and Glover gardens in the south, peace park in the north and mount inasa ropeway west of it. Room isn't big by any means but nothing outstanding for a business hotel in Japan. Staff was great as always in Japan, super polite and available for any needs.

Room The room is not big ( common in Japan ), but clean and had everything that we need. There was decent space to move around, even with two suitcases ( One 24” and One 20” ). There are washing and drying machines, Microwave in the Hotel, which is convenient for people who stay for multiple days. Staff The staffs were friendly and helpful. The Front Office’s staffs were well-versed in English and accommodating. Location The location was also perfect, just a short walk ( less than 10 min walk ) from Nagasaki Station, East Exit. Just a footbridge cross away from Nagasaki Station. The hotel is also near to the bus station that has the direct bus going to Nagasaki airport.

The hotel ist right by the Nagasaki train station which is very convenient. Its also very close to the Tram and Bus stop. Overlal its the basic business style Hotel but its more than enough even for the long stays. The TV was big. The bed was big and very comfortable. The bathroom was relatively modern. The airconditioning was working well. The ammenities were great, everything you could need was included. The table had a good size. The fridge worked and was big enough to fit a bunch of drinks. The storage under the bed for luggage was great.

The bathroom had an uncomfortable smell even after leaving the ventilation on for the whole day and night. Also there is only one elevator so the wait times can be quite long.

The hotel is in front of Nagasaki JR station, and this is a great advantage if you travel by Shinkansen. The location allows to visit the city either walking or with public transportations. The room was what you can expect from APA: not very big but fully equipped with all you need for your stay: from kettle, teas and coffees available to toiletries and their yukata. recommended! very good Japanese breakfast.

I loved the location. Its convenience was great. Staff were great to deal with, very helpful. They had good luggage storage for our bags before check-in. It was also great when my husband and i both locked our key cards in our room. There were no issues from staff about them letting us back in.

The room windows did not open. We are travelling through spring. It is humid and warm in the rooms. We were unable to open the windows to get some fresh air. The lift was a little shaky and couldn't put 4 adults in at the same time.

I wanted a hotel close to the Railway Station and the Tram, therefore this Hotel is ideal. Its accessible to the Mall for food. Room wise, it’s slightly small but comfortable. Shower and Toilet was great for me as the Water is always hot. But i would stay there again if I was in Nagasaki

Only size of Room, but bearable. Other APA hotels has raised bed for my suitcase.

Proximity to everything was great. Across the road from the JR station, tram and there was a bus service right outside the door. The hotel seemed to be quite central to all the attractions. Room layout although small was the best we've seen. Shower pressure was great! Had laundry facilities. Highly recommend

Room temp was centrally controlled so a little warm for summer temps. Volume over the VOD was not loud enough.

I generally choose APA for a business trip, since I will only get back to hotel for shower and sleep, and the hotel room is perfect for that with a good price. This hotel is located at a very nice location, right next to airport shuttle terminal, main trai station and a tram station. The hotel has a nice looking Irish Pub on 1F, although I didnot try yet. Surrounding is many good restaurants and shopping. From the room window you can have a very nice view of the unique infrastructure of Nagasaki city.

The hotel room is small. Be aware of how small it is, especially the bathroom. I am a small person, and I struggled to move around in the bathroom. Usually APA is clean enough, but the room I stayed had some dark stains on the wall paper.

The location was excellent, with close access to the train station over the walkway. It was next to the bus station. You could also catch the tram right opposite the hotel for Nagasaki attractions such as Dejima and the 2 museums.

Nothing much to dislike

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is across the street from the Nagasaki train station and close to bus and tram stations. There are many restaurants and stores around - even a big mall across the street.
