I loved the location, the scenery from the hotel, the staff were amazing, organization of all the guests and navigating the hotel with staff assistance was amazing. The breakfast was also super fresh, well presented and nothing ever ran out. It was close to the station like literally downstairs. If you didn't prefer the trains, they also had taxi go and the local bus to use.

I honestly did not have anything that I didn't like about the hotel. I do wish the mini bar prices were lower due to how much the rooms cost but it was still awesome.

Probably the best hotel we stayed at on this trip. Very tastefully designed and decorated. Our room was spacious, well designed, and well kitted out. It also had a lovely mountain view. The bed was super comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and most spoke excellent English. The breakfast buffet was excellent both in terms of selection and quality. The location was excellent - right on the doorstep of the main railway station and a large shopping mall. It was a 15 minute walk to the bay area. We got a great deal on Booking.com for a three night stay but by the time the extras were added on (breakfasts, a dinner, a daily charge for making up the sofa bed) the final price was two and a half times the original price. However, this was still our favourite hotel of the trip.

Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations! A couple of minutes away from Nagasaki Station and next door to a shopping mall. The staff was very courteous and attentive to details. We loved the air freshener that greeted guests as soon as the door opened, not overwhelming but invigorating. The room was spacious and the bed and pillows were perfect! The breakfast buffet was excellent. Something for everyone’s breakfast taste. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel in Nagasaki! Some hotel brands haven’t figured out what they are in this day and age. Mix match and hodgepodge. This hotel knows exactly who their clientele are and serves them well in every detail.

Our room didn’t have a tub to soak, but it did have a wonderful modern shower!

It was an excellent stay during these dates. The location is very convenient—just next to Nagasaki Station, for train and bus. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a beautiful view of the mountain side. It was also very quiet, the bed is very comfortable, making it perfect for rest. If you enjoy shopping or want to buy local specialties like Nagasaki Castella cake, there are many malls and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended for your stay in Nagasaki.

Great location, lovely hotel very quiet excellent rooms

When arriving by car, very tricky to find. We ended up in the car park which was close by but signage from there also poor. Using google, aim for behind Nagasaki station, keep in far left lane. You will the need to loop around to see Marriott entrance you can drive right up to hotel but not park. From there it is quite straightforward to get to car park. The hotel will sort parking fee on checkin so that you pay Y1300 per 24 hours if arrive after 1 pm and leave before 1 pm. Recommend detailed map and directions on Hotel web page.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel with great vistas all around. The rooms are brand new and provide faultless luxury and comfort. Location was very convenient, both getting to it with a car, and also within reasonable walking distance (or short taxi) to the marina and city centre. The location next to the Amuplaza was very convenient, having all the amenities (restaurants, supermarket, convenience store) immediately on hand.

The parking was really confusing and required a lot of maneuvering to figure out, multiple elevators and extensive walks through the shopping centre.

We didn’t use any of the hotel’s restaurants, cafes or bars. They looked unapproachable and exhaustingly formal. We asked for some ice at the bar to take to our room and were instructed to sit down in a corridor while we waited for the ice. We wanted a relaxed and authentic Nagasaki experience so went out into lovely local suburbs instead.

Location is so convenient, straight out of Nagasaki station and it’s a minute walk, also very close to busses and tram cars. It’s a beautifully appointed hotel and it has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious, the shower was delightful and the bed and pillows were amazing. The staff couldn’t have been better if they tried and the smell when you walk in was delightful. The views from the bar and restaurant are beautiful over the water and our view was also lovely. Probably the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in

This is one of the nicest Hotels I have stayed in. Being a new Hotel the room layout was perfect. Plenty of space, just luxury. The staff were so helpful and very friendly. The location could not be better. Right at the train station, bus stop and tram. The Hotel is also beside a huge Department store which has plenty of restaurants to choose from. Truly enjoyed our stay.
