The room / apartment was huge by Japanese standards and great value for money. It was well equipped with a kitchenette, washing machine and comfortable beds. The location was also great as it was just 5 mins walk to the Nagasaki JR station and AMU mall.

There was no cleaning at all during the 2 days we were there including the disposal of trash. I suppose if it’s just a short stay, it’s fine. Do check if they clear the trash if you stay more than 2 days. If you happen to drive like we did, there isn’t parking at the apartment so you have to use the nearby coin parking, which are available nearby.

Great location, close to the station, AMU Plaza (with plenty of restaurants there and nearby), the tram lines, and with ample space for a family of five.

The kitchen was difficult to manage if you wanted to do anything other than boil the kettle. It would have been nice to have a new/clean washing up cloth, rather than a used one with holes in it. The contactless check in wasn't as easy as it would have been with someone in person.

This is my 2nd Grand Base hotel on this trip. These hotels are noted for their cleanliness, larger rooms, well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, smaller buildings and high tech toilets. It’s only about 7 minutes to the train station. Check-in and out were easily done on a tablet. Highly recommend!

Really no faults. Could have used some coffee or tea to start the day.

The room had a lot of space for whole family, beds are big and comfortable, the room comes with washing machine which is very convenient.

Unmanned property, slight difficulty during check in process as we didn’t understand why additional payment was required. No affiliated parking, we almost could not find any parking during one of nights when we arrive back at the hotel.

Very nice, near the station though you will need to find the overhead bridge elevators if you have luggage, but it is doable. Apartment has everything that you might need. Drying rack in bathroom works great. Super big room.

The toilet could use better ventilation

The whole setup of the property is great. layout is nice with bed, a living rm , kitchen and bathroom. Location is walking near to station.

1. wardrobe is small. only can hang 4 winter jacket. to provide more hanger and a expanded wardrobe or cloth hanging stand.

Room was spacious and love the fact that they have a washing machine and the shower ventilator doubles as a drier for laundry. Everything was automated from check-in, to door access and even check out so no worries about losing keys/keycards.

Location wise we had to take another route up as we were dragging luggages. The fastest route involved a flight of stairs.

very well located apartment, near jr and bus station. curated and clean with all amenities.

The only advice I can give is to leave the password of wifi at the desk, because a foreign without wifi cant access to internet to complete self check in procedure. Last thing, add little vacuum to help guest to keep clean the apartment .

The best location - 5 minutes from the jr station, streetcar stop and highway bus terminal to the airport. In a very quiet area too.

Facilities were great but really needed some maintaining. The filter of the cooker hood and the bathroom could do with some cleaning. The sofa covers were also a bit worn out.

The hotel is good value with excellent location and walking distance to the major attractions really enjoyed the breakfast with great variety. The public bath is good but can be really busy
