Location is the best in Nara, being just a few steps from train, supermarket and restaurants. The hotel offers the best buffet breakfast with more main dishes than other hotels in Kansai area. More ever there are some western style stuffs there too with milk and coffee, which were out of my expectations. But only the price of the room seems a little bit higher than my expectation.

This is a very excellent Hotel, with the most convenient location of any hotel that I have experienced in Japan, just one short block from the Jr Nara train station. From the train station, buses can take you anywhere that you would want to go in the Nara area, and to me, the Nora area is the best and most important sightseeing in Japan. The breakfast is excellent, as are the rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The staff spoke almost no English, but if you have a little Japanese, and are relaxed, they can use translator machines to fully communicate, so there was no problem.

Great location 2 minute walk from the train station. There are many popular places to eat within a 10 minute walk. Breakfast was included and it was pretty decent. Not as many amenities as other hotels but really good value for your money.
More verity amenities and extend the breakfast by one hour. I felt it to be that it ends to early

Breakfast was good. Very popular ,had to wait a short time for some dishes to be refilled.. Fantastic location to the JR Nara station and bus interchange. Reception helpful in looking after our luggage before we could book in. Room and bathroom bigger than APA hotel. Very clean.

It was again an impressive, comfortable and very well taken care of stay. Like my previous review about this place, everything was perfect, the spa, the breakfast, the staff who are always there and quite flexible to our needs.( I didn't have one night booking as I was travelling elsewhere and they agreed to keep my two huge luggage with them for free). Honestly, I would stay there again. :)
Well as this was my second stay, I liked everything, except for some small technicalities in the new room, where the knob of the bed light wasn't as sturdy as in the previous room, this is something extremely insignificant when compared to a great time I had in the place.

The location is excellent—very close to the Nara station. The public bath was small, but it was never crowded. Breakfast was ok, with a good variety of Asian food options.
Maybe it would be good to add some Western breakfast options, like fruits, yogurt and cereal.

Perfect location right next to station and close to great sights and bars. Trains were not noisy at all.
Breakfast was pretty bad. Would have appreciated more basics from a ‘Western’ breakfast like cereal. And the other bits and pieces weren’t the greatest either.

clean, nearby the station and bus stations, only 3 mins by walk. Also near the supermarket.
Bathroom without hook for hanging my clothes. No adaptor for borrow, I suggest can pay for the deposit if hotel afraid customer not to returned.

Good hotel, simple but nice and clean. Right in front of the station but we couldn't hear a single train which was good. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was okay, could do with some more stuff, but can't ask for more for that price. Would stay again!

Shower pressure amazing. Great breakfast included if you’re not vegetarian. Tv set up is great for cosy watching in bed. Very easy location and soundproofed really well.
