Amazing appartement. It has everything you need and is a short walk from the train station (2-3 minutes). Loved the amenities in the entrance. Would come again and wish all stays in Japan were like this one (we are in Kyoto right now and can only think back how great Rokune was compared to where we are staying now).

The room was beautiful and comfortable. The location was a little far from Nara Park, but we actually ended up walking back to the Hotel from Nara Park and it wasn't too bad. The hotel is a short walk from the train station. It's quiet, clean and lovely. It was really nice to have a washing machine in the room. Although the beds were low to the ground, they were very comfortable and we slept very well. The hotel and room were self check-in and we didn't see any hotel staff, but the process was easy and uneventful. We would absolutely stay there again.

Enjoyed staying at Rokune hotel. Had a nice roomy apartment on the 4the floor. Apartment was spacious, with 2 nice and comfy double beds, very big bathroom. Appreciated the free skin care products, water, coffee and tea. Check-in was super easy with 2 codes(1 for the front door, panel on the right hand side of the door and 1 for the apartment) that you receive via mail. Would definitely stay here again when I come back to Nara. Nearby the train station, so very convenient as well.

Would be nice if they provided some lockers to store your luggage before and after check-in/check-out. But found some at the station, which were luckily not that expensive.

Lots of space, there is a microwave and a kettle. There is a washing machine which was very good for us. Great shower with lots of towels. Great place near the train station and near the station where you can take a bus to Nara park.

You don’t have anywhere to charge your phone and other electronics. They give you a cable that you can charge with but it’s really annoying. The washing machine had one capsule which mean you can use the machine only once.

Incredibly spacious room. Nice amenities in the wash/bath area.

There were no available electrical outlets. There were four total in the room, taken by the refrigerator, the microwave, the TV, and the air purifier. There was a long extension cord provided so I could unplug the microwave and then charge my smartphone next to the bed. It’s a silly oversight to have not had more outlets in a modern building.

This has been our favourite place in our trip to Japan. Very spacious, comfortable, they provide comfy pijamas, everything you need is provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup remover, body lotion, washing detergent…etc). Washing machine has a dryer function which was handy and everything is beautifully presented. Wry close to Nara train station (only 200 mts). Highly recommend it!

Nothing Just be mindful that there is no facility for early luggage drop or check in, so time arrival for 3pm or leave luggage in train station lockers or at Nara JR tourist information centre.

Very comfortable room with great amenities. You could show up with nothing and be fine. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair brush, toothbrush and little samples of face cream and hair tie. Loved having the washer dryer. Came with two detergent pods. Dryer took a while but also was able to use supplied drying rack on balcony and clothes were dry in the morning. Comfortable beds. Even enjoyed the supplied pajamas. Grateful for the fridge and extra sink. Excellent location close to JR Rail Nara station and grocery store, coffee and Nara shopping. Very Clean and quiet. AC worked perfectly. Zero complaints and would definitely stay here again. This was my first time traveling out of the US and the labels on everything in English was greatly appreciated.

The room was spacious and new. It is located near the Nara station and paid carpark.

We weren’t told in advance that the stove wasn’t working. Even though the description said there was a kitchenette, there was no proper knife or scissors to help with cutting food. There was really just a tiny sink, some cutlery and plates. We had to rely on the microwave in the end.
