Location - connected to Jr Nara station Great and friendly staff all around Hassel-free checkin and out Late checkout time Room was spacious and nicely laid out Lounge area was fantastic! with free cocktails and coffee - totally unexpected and much appreciated Onsen was also big with 2 pools Laundry area again was roomy , well laid out with baskets, free detegent etc and washing at 200yen while dryer was free.. again a much appreciated gesture Also useful was that you can check laundry and onsen status on tv Liked that they have t-shirt and pants-type PJs.

Only the pillows

This hotel is located perfect. Legit got off my train from Kyoto, tapped off and bam! There was the entrance to the hotel, conveniently connected via a bridge. It also had free self serve drinks going on from 4-9pm. They even had a spot to pick up some American fluffy soft pillows next to the elevator!!! It’s close enough to Nara park as you can walk and shop Sanjo dori street on the way to and from. I think there was a bus shuttle from outside the hotel going there as well

The location is exactly just beside Nara train station which was ideal. There is an onsen in the hotel itself with free coffee in the morning and bar service in the evening. You have access to different kind of pillows and there is laundry services with small fee of 200 yen. There are lots of shop nearby and it is only a 5 to 10 minutes walk away from the main area of Nara. There is also a nearby Anytime Fitness if anyone wants to gym too.

The toilet is small and the staff may have difficulties understanding English but they tried hard which is the most important thing. But other than that, there are no adverse comments. It is a little noisy too in view that it is near a train station and you can almost hear the train moving in the early morning.

Even though the room was basic, I was nicely surprised by the service and the hospitality of the hotel, and especially the staff. Service with a big smile. There were many extras. The breakfast was great. And I liked the Onsen (spa) a lot.

The room was already quite good, but with a bit more attention to design, it could have been even nicer. Warmer.

Hotel is right next to the Nara JR station; extremely convenient location; can deposit luggage at front desk if arrive earlier than check-in time; guests can self-select own pillow type (hard/soft/neck support) on L4; on the same floor there's also an inhouse onsen (FOC) which is a bonus given the very cold weather outside when i visited; about 30mins walking distance to Nara Park, Higashimuki Shopping Street, etc; it serves welcome drinks on L4, where b/fast is also on the same floor the next morning, simple and healthy b.fast choices

I booked the Super Hotel Premier JR Nara Eki only a few days prior to arrival in Nara and I am so glad I did. I was moving around Japan with a bicycle bag and related gear, so the location and convenience of this hotel was wonderful. The staff were very helpful at every turn and the facilities (e.g. laundry) were great. The breakfast was very good and I will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

LOCATION - right by the station. I mean 5 min from getting out of the train. ROOM - simple, functional, clean. Not very large, just a counter across the window wall with a mini fridge (dont forget to switch it on, there is a button inside!) Huge TV. HDMI input for compatible equipment. Daughter slept on the bunk and had a blast. Double bed at the bottom is confortable. though tricky to rais from since one side is placed against the wall. BREAKFAST - limited continental, mostly asian style. No complaints, Very OK. Note - there was a happy hour going on that day, with free booze in the restaurant. Neat!

Maybe room size? But then again it was what was advertised, so cant really complain. Breakfast could have more continental optinos - once again, not a very fair complaint, since we were the only western family in the place.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Bed had a mattress topper, enough to absorb pressure from hips and shoulders. A desk wide enough for a laptop and all the other stuff that needs a place such as water bottles, phone charging g etc. Right next to train and bus station and easy to walk to many destinations. Decent onsen (spa) and a good breakfast. And again, the front desk staff were super nice and helped me book a chiropractic massage appointment.

The bathroom is small, hard to turn around when n it.

The location was superb (just next door Nara JR Station, next to bus station, 7Eleven downstair, and located midcity), we got upgraded room, they have free cocktail bar and coffee, also onsen (hotwater spring), the breakfast was excellent only for 1000 yen, the room is clean and super spacious, the amenities are complete, the reception speaks good English and very polite, the check-in and check-out process were smooth (especially c/o because we only need to put magnet sign at the door). Our overall experience was awesome!

We did not try the breakfast, the rest was great including the public bath. Very professional staff and impeccable room cleanliness. Bathroom is small yet perfectly designed and actually very pleasant to use. Perfect room-to-room noise insulation which is greatly appreciated. Could not be closer to nearby JR train station: there is a direct pathway to the station's ticket machines and platform access gates.
