Very spacious. Took me 30 minutes to walk to the hotel from Nara station. But all in all the hotel was fantastic and so spacious that it felt like I was back in a European hotel. I had a super king size bed that was a nice surprise and lots of room. It felt new and overall my best hotel out of my 3 1/2 weeks stay in Japan so far. Excellent value for money and they do actually have a shuttle bus that runs from the hotel to the station that I didn’t know about - albeit it wasn’t running the day I arrived, I did use it the following day when I checked out to go back to the station. The station by bus was Approx. 10 mins that takes you into town.

Modern and newly designed, the space features a beautiful interior with cozy spots to relax, including sofas and chairs positioned in front of the bath. The gym was a nice bonus—though compact and equipped with lighter weights (up to 16kg), it was still a welcome addition.

The staff was friendly, though not particularly helpful. The location is slightly outside the city center, but they do offer a complimentary shuttle bus on select days, running once every hour. However, the bus is quite small and doesn't accommodate many passengers, so it's a good idea to queue at least 30 minutes early if you want to secure a spot.

We loved everything about this hotel! It was like a 5-star hotel. The facilities - spa, gym, open sitting areas - are wonderful. I used the laundry facility and it was clean and well priced. The breakfast buffet was delicious and even included champagne! The rooms are elegant and have everything needed for your stay and the mattresses/pillows are very comfortable. There is a mall at walking distance and buses run from a block away from the hotel to many places including the bus station.

Super helpful and friendly staff. We paid for an upgrade so had access to the exec lounge which meant free food and drink between certain hours which as a result kind of paid for the upgrade. Lovely views from both our room and the roof terrace. Parking on site was super handy.

Not about the property but the main road outside gets totally solid with traffic and it took us about 20 minutes to do half a mile!

Fantastic , comfy , spotlessly clean , huge comfy bed , the comfiest I had out of 16 different hotels during my stay in Japan. Big room , lovely and modern with a huge TV and a touch screen mirror if you want to order room service. Although that option was pricey.

Price of the meal options & room service on the high side. Other than this , everything else was perfect.

Very smart, modern and luxurious accommodation at a very good price for our family. Didn’t have time to use all the facilities but everything looked very well maintained. Very good air conditioning and very quiet.

Clean, modern interior and rooms were large and spacious. Short walk to bus stop toward Nara Park and the temples, and conveniently located between 2 train lines for day trips to Uji and travel to/from Kyoto and Osaka. Across the street is a FamilyMart within the library, handy for snacks.

The room was spacious, very clean, as well as good location in Nara and the conference center. There is also an onsen (no mix) and chair massages. The breakfast is very good with plenty of choices.

Everything, hotel staff, cleanness, comfortable, hot spring bath, parking, gym, toilet. Have been in several 5* hotels, and I have to say this hotel is on my top list. Would love to stay longer. Good price too! Booked based on pictures: not disappointed.

The people were wonderfully friendly and helpful.

On the first day, breakfast was completely disorganised resulting in queues of >30 minute waiting time. They learnt from the complaints they received, because the rest of the time we were there we didn't have any issues.
