Easy to find and regular shuttle from the airport. Nice greeting on arrival, with very friendly staff. Fantastic buffet breakfast with such a wide choice of options. Great water pressure in shower Huge comfortable bed with good choice of pillow options

The hotel is looking pretty tired and showing its age, but didnt stop it being very comfortable. The large earthquake that woke us up, a ture Japanese experience.

Hotel was really close to the airport and is a great location for that late flight. We were able to get an adjoining room which was extremely handy for a family. The free shuttle bus was also very handy and was easy to access. The breakfast was also amazing!

Wasn't anything we didn't like about the stay.

Perfect for overnight stay if you are going to the airport early the next day. It has a shuttle bus dropping you to the airport from 6am onwards. It was the main reason we stayed in the hotel because of the proximity the Narita Airport. There is no shopping centre around the hotel but it does provide you with a shuttle if you are going to do some shopping.

Difficult to access this hotel. We have to take a bus from the Tokyo Station to Narita Airport and then take the shuttle provided by the hotel, the toal journey was about 2.5 hours. Staff are not particularly that friendly, we booked a non-smoking room and the room smelt quite bad. The reception staff said a half-hearted sorry and they can't anything about that and that was it.

* We arrived via shuttle bus from Narita airport and departed the next day in the same manner. The bus was free, kept to its schedule and the drivers were very friendly. * There is a Family Mart next to the check-in desk which stays open 24/7. * Ice Machine on each floor. * Breakfast buffet was fantastic with a great selection of hot, cold, Japanese and western dishes to try. * Room wasn't huge but was large enough for us to be able to re-pack our two large suitcases. A luggage rack was provided, as well as an ironing board and iron!

* TV was a little bit dated and didn't work very well (but that's not such a big deal). * There was an odd smell in the hallways and room. Not a bad smell, just sort of odd. Maybe a cleaning product? * The top-floor bar is very nice and is a cool spot to watch the planes come and go from Narita airport, but it's very expensive.

We stayed at Narita airport and the ANA seemed like a good hotel to stay in overnight. The rooms were well set out and we had a good nights sleeps. Shuttle to and from the airport was good and there was also a shuttle to the local shopping centre which was handy. The check in staff were also lovely and helpful.

We had a look at the restaurants at the hotel and were excited to try the teppanyaki and another Japanese style restaurant on the top floor. Unfortunately they were both closed on the night we stayed. We had to have dinner in the buffet restaurant and the food was not great.

The shuttle bus to & from Narita Airport was excellent, the rooms were beautiful & the breakfast was really very good. We stayed on the night of 26th August.

I am a Type 1 diabetic & I need to store my insulin i cool refrigerator at all times while travelling. The refrigerator in my room was not cold at all, putting my health at risk. Luckily, the concierge staff the following morning & cooled down the ice bricks before we departed for our next destination. A working refrigerator in the room (Room 1114 would have been appreciated. Perhaps that could be checked & made workable.

The Hotel was very good with 24x7 convenience store within the Hotel premises. Ambience and staff was great. Good football ground in the premises. Free shuttle service from and to Hotel (airport) but frequency is very less. Taibu Hotel has better frequency.

The Hotel is located in the outskirts and without shuttle service of Hotel mobility is an issue. Frequency of the same can be improved. We are vegetarian Indians and just an reputed Hotels should serve those options because we can't go out and can't order anything after 9.30pm. So someone coming by late-night flight may not get anything to eat.

The hotel is one of the closest to the airport and has free shuttle services both to the airport and the jr station. The room was comfortable and had a great view. The best was the hospitality of the staff. Breakfast was very good but a little expensive

Facilities are a little old and it is starting to show. But hotel was wonderful

No chance to drink a beer in the groundfloor outside restaurant, even there are tables and chairs.

The room, the breakfasts but especially the staff. Seki San & John (at Concierge desk) were fantastic and could not have been more helpful. They are both a credit to the shoreline. Seki especially, went way above what was required/requested & his assistance and personality made it a great pleasure to have stayed at ANA Narita on 2 separate occasions.

The refrigerator in my room did not get cold at all. I have to carry insulin as I’m a Type 1 diabetic & the medication needs to be kept at between 5-8 degrees Celsius. They need replacing.
