With the earplugs, I had a really good, long sleep in the capsule. In general, people are quite respectful and keep their voices down after midnight. Overall, it was a great experience. The place is clean, and the location is both amazing and convenient.
The cleaning service already started between 8 to 9am even though the checkout time is 10am. And there’s a major renovation going on outside the hotel at the moment, so the noise is easily heard in the morning.

Location: It is conveniently located in Terminal 2 and easily accessible by train and shuttle bus! Front desk: The key with your locker/bed number can be exchanged for a token when going out for a bit! Locker: The locker fits one big suitcase, a carry-on, and a backpack. Amenities: You get a bag with basic amenities like pajamas, towels, slippers, and a toothbrush and toothpaste. Extra amenities can be purchased at the front desk.
Bed: I had one of the top beds and needed to climb the ladder. While climbing into it wasn't much of a problem, climbing out of it was a bit more of a hassle, haha. The mattress and pillow are on the firm side and a bit uncomfortable. Noise: If you are a light sleeper, this might not be for you. Hairdryers can be heard even if the door is closed. Some people are not aware of how much noise they actually make and shut the door quite loudly. You will also hear other people's alarms because of their flights.

This was my first capsule hotel and it was a fantastic experience. The whole hotel was extremely cozy. At the check in area, men and women are split left and right respectively. I can only assume the women's side is similar to what i experienced. First you enter, what is best described as a gym locker room where you will find your designated locker. The locker is spacious and had enough room for a large suitcase plus carry on. You then change into your robe and move onto the next are which is the bathroom, sink and shower area. Everything was very clean and i used everything without a problem. Lastly you enter the sleeping room, where you can find your own pod. The pods have dimmable lights, curtains and a place to charge your electronics. When i checked in at roughly 5pm the sleeping room was almost empty. When i woke up in the morning i was very surprised to find almost all the pods were being used, which speaks to the quiet atmosphere, which allowed everyone to come and go without me waking up. Checkout in the morning was simple as there was staff present around the clock.
At times it felt like the air was not moving around my head which made just my face a little warm. I wished there was a small fan similar to an airplane to keep the air circulating at the deep end of the pod. When i woke up someone was snoring, which is not a big problem for me as i fall asleep easily and am a deep sleeper but it might be good to bring ear plugs. They actually might provide ear plugs, im not sure i used my headphones anyway.

Great capsule hotel for a quick stay near the airport. The structure is modern, clean, and practical, perfect for resting before or after a flight. The amenities are a big plus: they provide clean bedding, face and bath towels, slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste, which makes everything super convenient. A solid option if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and good value close to Narita Airport.
The only downside was the noise, several guests arrived in the middle of the night making too much noises, not respecting the quiet atmosphere, which made it hard to sleep for a while.

The hotel was clean and well-equipped, offering a comfortable and convenient stay. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful amenities provided, including pyjamas, slippers, earplugs, and a toothbrush with toothpaste. The capsule itself was spacious and even featured a dimmer switch for the light, allowing for a more customizable and relaxing atmosphere. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the locker was impressively large—easily accommodating a decent-sized suitcase and a big backpack. Location-wise, the hotel couldn’t be more convenient—it’s just across from the terminal. To get there, simply take the bridge toward the parking area and follow the clearly marked signs for 9hours. Overall, a great choice for travelers looking for comfort and efficiency!
There is some noise throughout the night as some people are moving around or checking out, so not ideal if you're a light sleeper.

This of course is a capsule hotel and is in Terminal 2 of Narita Airport in Tokyo. We had an international flight that left at 9:00 in the morning so it was really great to be right at the airport when we woke up.
My only complaint would be noise. Being a capsule hotel, I think this would be hard to prevent, but people were arriving at all hours. If you are a light sleeper, you will hear people moving around. We could also hear hair dryers running even though the bathroom area is separate from the sleeping area. They do provide earplugs to help alleviate some of the noise, but I wanted to be sure I heard my alarm so I wasn't able to wear the earplugs.

I had a great, restful stay. The staff were lovely they patiently explained everything and did their best to make guests feel welcome. The facility is fairly clean and the capsules are well organized and kept in good condition. Highly recommend for a short stopover.
The only downsides were that you can sometimes hear noises from outside the capsules, which might be annoying for very light sleepers. Also, storage inside the capsule is limited, so bring minimal luggage or use the lockers provided. Nothing major, just small things to be aware of.

1, If you have early morning flights at Narita Airport Terminal 2, that this is the best spot. Just less than 1 minute on foot, u are ready to manage your flight check in. 2. Very clean and well organised spot. 3. Many toilets and shower provided. 4. The bed was very comfy 5. Very convenient to stay for solo travels
1. The cleaning start will start around 7 or 8 am and there will be noise from the activity. I was hoping I could sleep until 9am at least before I exit the place at 10am but the noise distraction gave some hint for u to leave the premise early 2. You need to leave the room by 10am for cleaning service and you are not allowed to stay it until 2pm. Reluctantly needed to stay out although you wished to stay in the whole day. 3. Not recommended for expecting lady (pregnant) who wished to stay and rest longer during the day.

Location location location is excellent, literally in the basement of the Narita airport terminal 2 - that I could simply put on my jacket on top of the hotel gown to drop my friend for her flight - a unique privilege indeed. It's a nice clean hostel style facility with sleeping pods, showers and bathrooms. They give you everything like towels and even a nice gown. The shower head was extraordinary 👌👌
I wish we knew that we didn't need to calculate 9 hours of stay here. We could have checked in earlier like a regular hotel. It's only called 9h Narita.
