The property is conveniently located just above a subway station and within walking distance of tourist attractions, restaurants, and convenience stores. Staff were very friendly, accommodating, and honest — they even contacted us to return an extra amount they had mistakenly charged. The room was spacious, and we appreciated the option to skip room cleaning for a few days in exchange for free drink tokens.

We booked a non-smoking room but noticed traces of smoke smell upon arrival. The room was equiped with an air purifier and air freshener, which helped the odor lessen over time.

1. Breakfast was very good at 1540yen per person. Good spread.  2. All front desk staff were very polite n professional especially a male staff by the name of 中田 who was very gentle, patient and polite and could communicate in basic English.  3. Provided charging cables for phones and gadgets in the room 4. Nice library corner with lots of anime series 5. Comfortable room.  Bathroom is small but well designed for comfortable use.  6. The best thing is the hotel entrance is just right next to the exit 4 of the subway.  Very strategic location to travel by train/subway to the tourists attractions places. Kuromon market, Dotonbori, Shinsabashi shopping street are within walking distance and within the same vicinity.

Perfect location right next door to the metro station and a short walk to Dontobori, the fish market and loads of restaurants and bars. The room was OK for a couple of nights or so but not much hanging space so you have to live out of your suitcase. Strange but fully functional set up in the bathroom with only one tap that you use for the sink, shower and bathtub but no problems and great control on the temperature and pressure. The bed pillows were different too, a sort of bean bag but we slept ok. There is a kettle in the room but only green tea bags so bring your own although free hot coffee, milk and sugar are available outside the breakfast restaurant. There are free razors and toothbrushes etc in the reception and excellent shampoo, conditioner and bodywash in the bathroom

Rooms are a little on the small size but hey that's Japan style

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked that it was a comfortable room for a good price with all of the amenities that I needed and in a very good location in Osaka. I was able to walk to many great spots in the city, and there were several train stations nearby. It's a very utilitarian kind of room, which is perfect for my needs. I also like that they offer cheaper rooms if you don't need the room to be cleaned while you are there (and is just cleaned between guests).

The price seemed to be more expensive on the weekends, which I think is not a good practice. I wish there were more pillows on the bed too, because I like a lot of pillows. The pillow I had was pretty hard, which is common in Japan.

I liked that the hotel was very near the train station and about 10-15 minutes walk from Shinsaibashi. The room is comfortable for a solo traveler. They provide many amenities for the guests as well.

The walls are thin and I can hear other showers turn on in nearby rooms and noise from the rooms above. If you are a sensitive sleeper, it might affect you.

Staff were friendly, responsive and prompt. Some of the staff are able to speak fluent English. Location of the hotel is under 1 min from train station, or even 30 seconds really. There's really nothing more convenient than this. 2 huge luggages and a few carry on can easily fit in their Double & Twin room. To promote their Eco efforts, the hotel provides free drinks to their vending machine if you opt for no housekeeping during your stay.

The hotel is located just above Nagahoribashi station which is very convenient when getting around. You don't have to walk far to grab a bite to eat because there are several restaurants located nearby. One ramen restaurant is located on the corner of the hotel just outside and there is a club just across the hotel. Walking distance to Dotonbori which we loved! We mainly chose this hotel because of the location and easy access to the metro. They had amenities located in lobby free of charge and several vending machines for beverages. Breakfast was delicious and I loved the spread, soup, curry salad some entrees and breads. Beverages served as well. Hotel Staff were very courteous and polite. Overall our stay was pleasant for the price we paid.

Hotel room at first smelled very smoky but turning on air humidifier made it more cleaner. Bed was kind of hard but for the price that it was it was manageable.

Great, super friendly staff (Sorry for bothering you so much!) Great cleaning and good, if a little expensive breakfast. Great location with easy walkability. Right next to a popular club. Pretty too. You can get printed out maps from the desk

Nothing to complain about at all, other than one staff member lying and saying they had no more rooms left so i couldn't rebook. Even though they clearly had 6-7 rooms left. I can only assume this was because I'm not japanese! (All other staff were very nice always though)

On a budget, you have a decent size clean room with all amenities and coin laundry at your disposal. Provided all my needs. Good location, 10 minutes from midosuji, next to nagahoribashi station and 10 minutes from dontonbori, all by foot. The front desk staff were very professional and polite. The cleaning staff did a great job!

Not staying longer.

whilst the room was small. it was perfect for a solo traveller. I put my bag open against the window and had space to move around the other parts of the room. I loved the bathroom. especially the bath, it was perfect after a long day of walking. I requested my room not be cleaned for my 5 day stay, they placed fresh towels on the door every day. they did need to clean the room on one of the days.

most of the lights were on the same switch. I like to sleep with some light on but I could only have the room light, a small lamp above my head or the bathroom light which made the fan run. pillow was a little hard. room was quite warm and I tried making the ac work but wasn’t sure if it actually did work. the lock on the door handle didn’t work, but the other lock above the door handle did.
