There are so many things to love about this hotel. 1. The hotel accepts luggage delivery services! We sent our suitcases from Tokyo to Osaka using Yamato Transport, and when we arrived early on our check-in day, the hotel kindly held the additional baggage we had with us. Traveling without the burden of heavy luggage made our journey so much more enjoyable, and best of all, when we returned, all our luggage was already waiting in our room. It truly felt like a premium experience. 2. The hotel has English-speaking staff! While not a necessity—since you can always find ways to communicate—it was incredibly convenient and reassuring to be able to converse easily, especially when knowing little to no Japanese. 3. The biggest reason we chose this hotel was its prime location near Namba Station (Nankai Line) just a five-minute walk away. Since it's the terminal station, boarding at the first stop ensures you can get a seat which is advantageous as it a 44 minute ride to KIX. Additionally, the metro station is just around the corner, which is what you primarily use to explore the city, making it really convenient. 4. The room size is above average and the price is competitive, even when compared to the surrounding options. Plus, this has all the perks I mentioned. If I visit Osaka again, this will definitely be my #1 choice.

I like that the family room was had beds that was high so we could store our luggages! The bunk bed was a plus for my kids! All the amenities, coffee, tooth brush, slippers, sleeping clothes! The bathroom was a little dangerous. There was a step entering the bathroom so if you didn’t know it was there you can trip and fall! The water pressure was great! Nothing like that in US hotels! It was also walking distance to dotonbori and that was a plus! Close to konbinis! Luggage service was great!

The AC was weak! They charged really high in taxes! I booked the room at $900+ ended up paying around $1300 +. They should have just included it in the room rate! It’s misleading! No microwave in the room needed to go to the 2nd floor to use it!

1. Close to the train station 2. Walking distance to shops/Dotonbori area/drugstore/convenience stores 3. Has a wide selection of food for breakfast 4. The family room is big for a family of 4, considering we have a stroller for our little one. Very-child friendly. 5. The staff are accommodating.

The only thing I didn't like - There was just one staff at the restaurant who was not that accommodating/fluent in English. I asked to be seated at the low table so that my little one would not have difficulty navigating around; and she didn't accommodate us despite saying it three times. (The staff the day before accommodated us - she was better in English and with guests)

Although the varieties of food are not much, the quality of the food is good. However, the staff who assigned the seat should be smart. I travelled alone this time. Besides the first day, the male staff assigned me to sit the long table near the entrance. Even I finished my meal, I was just the only person who sat on this long table. Why could I be assigned to those small table even they are empty?

Staff should be more in alert and understanding to those single traveler. It is because those single travelers never raised any question as they are worried they became an annoying person. Indeed, they need help or even just a short conversation.

The room is immaculate, with comfortable beds ensuring a restful stay. The bathroom features a bathtub with excellent water pressure and temperature control. A standout amenity is the television system, which allows direct connection to your YouTube account for personalized entertainment. The air conditioning works flawlessly, maintaining ideal room temperature. The hotel's location is superb, just a short distance from Namba metro station and within easy walking distance of the vibrant Dotonbori area. Convenience is further enhanced by a nearby pharmacy and FamilyMart, as well as several quality restaurants nearby – perfect for when you're too tired to venture far.

Some room amenities are not provided in-room but can be easily obtained from a station near the front desk. While daily housekeeping is not provided, towels are replaced daily, which proves sufficient for most stays. Overall, this hotel offers a comfortable, convenient, and well-equipped base for exploring Osaka, with only minor considerations to keep in mind.

Spacious room, bigger than the average hotel in Tokyo, clean, fully equipped with everything you would need. Super comfortable bed, the only hotel where I've had a good sleep from the first day. Helpful, professional and friendly employees Great location, right next to Namba station so you can get from/to Kansai airport through the Nankai line. It has a cafe and breakfast menu on the first floor, also there are convenience stores and a Matsuya nearby, very convenient to get something to eat for breakfast when most other restaurants are not open until 10am.

Since the hotel is not on the main road, the view from the hotel room is not as pretty as it is just a parking lot surrounded by other buildings.

Location was really close to Nankai Namba station, so taking the rapi:t train to and from KIX was easy. Namba subway station with access to a few lines is also easily walkable, so its a great base to explore Osaka and Nara. Was able to leave luggage at lobby as we were too early for check-in, and when we returned, the bags are already in the rooms. There are only 3 coin laundry washer/dryer, but was lucky that I happen to always find an available machine when I needed it. The twin rooms were big and clean and everything was new and well-maintained.

Directions from the hotel was not very helpful in finding the hotel. Was told to go out from the North entrance of Namba station and walk for 2 minutes .. but needed Google maps to actually find the place, as it is not visible from the entrance.

It's close to Namba station so you have access to a lot of public transport, and of course the whole Namba, Dotonbori area is in walkable distance, so great location. Rich breakfast with both Japanese and Western dishes. Overall, our stay was really good, but the hotel seemed more like a 3-star rather than a 4-star hotel.

The staff was kind but the receptionist didn't speak english well, and also couldn't help us with some basic information we asked. The luggage delivery service was pretty expensive compared to other hotels in Japan. We arrived late in the evening and the water was out of stock in the vending machine of the hotel, and they also didn't have any drinking water. We had to go out and get water, luckily there are convenience stores really close.

The location is great - next to NAMBA Station and an entry point nearby. Additional amenities were provided near the front desk so it was easy to grab what we need on the way in and out. Free coffee/ tea in front of the front desk. Laundry machines also convenient and easy to use. Got a kid’s amenities pack too from the front counter.

Only a small thing, which is that they didn’t provide a towel for my child (we booked a three sharing room) we asked for one more the first day but as we came back late the second day, we didn’t have a chance to ask the staff.

Incredible location. Would definitely stay there again. Namba station access literally around the corner, 2 Family Marts within 1 min walk. Vending machines at the entrance. A stroll to Dotonbori Street and the Glico man! Easy access to literally anywhere in Osaka. We did a Day trip to Kyoto and a day trip to Nara. Would definitely recommend using Grids as a base for day trips.

The rooms were small, with no space for luggage. That said, I’ve never had any different in the big cities of Japan!
