I appreciate that there is a laundromat on the second floor, where you can purchase detergent at the front desk. They also offer free rentals of hair irons, steamers, and various other items. Additionally, I like that they provide fabric spray in the room. The location is conveniently near Hannoc Cafe and Lawson.
The hotel is quite far from Umeda Station (Red - Midosuji Line); however, there is a nearby metro station, Nakazakicho (Purple - Tanimachi Line). The hotel room was relatively small. The twin beds could not be positioned next to each other due to the headboard. Additionally, the bathtub drain was not functioning properly, which was quite annoying.

Newer building than Ibis Umeda Osaka. Clean facilities. Quieter part city and about 10 min from Osaka station. Decent breakfast buffet for the price , western & Japanese items, complimentary one-way transport from Hotel to Osaka Station from 8am , 9 am & 10 am only.
Small room like most hotel at this grade. No room to even open up a carry-on sized hard case. Certainly would be problematic for clients with larger cases.

The hotel was almost right in front of the exit #3 of Osaka Metro subway Nakazaki-cho station of Tanimachi line (you can see the sign straight ahead when you come out of the exit from underground) along with a convenience store right by the exit. Very convenient location. Also, not far from the Umeda station if you want to walk (lots of restaurants and stores. Not far from the red HEP FIVE ferris wheel). A very walkable distance with my 7 year old. The room was small (compared to the U.S. standard), but updated and clean (we had one double bed). Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hand soap were provided. Also, there was a small fridge (no freezer), an electric kettle, and a couple of small cups (you can get free green tea and instant coffee, etc. downstairs). Appreciated a bathtub even though it was small to soak in after a long, hot day. I also appreciated the blast of really cold air as we came in the lobby on really hot and humid summer days. Hotel employees were professional, friendly, and helpful. Buffet breakfast was optional (looked good, but we did not use). There was no ice machine, so we asked the front desk to fill my water bottle with ice, and it wasn't a problem. Anything else you need, you can easily walk over to the convenience store to purchase.
A small room, small bathroom (which is pretty standard in Japan, so no complaints). No ice machine. Wish there was free tea bag option for black tea (not just coffee and green tea). Also wished there was a garbage bag over the trash can, which would make it easier to take the trash out (and place it in the hallway) when there was no need to clean the room.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Nakazakichō Station and at a walkable distance to the main Umeda area. It was away from the bustle of Umeda (e.g, bars, entertainment centres etc...), which made it a more peaceful area to return to at night. The hotel is also surrounded by several conbini chains, a 24-hour Don Quijote store, and the popular Hep Five mall, among others, so there are several places to see and go to nearby! The room was pleasantly well-maintained and clean, with amenities such as toothbrushes, combs and tea packets that can be easily collected from the lobby. The room was also relatively spacious for 2 adults.
The channel selection on the television were limited to the Japanese language without any subtitle options or international channels for non-Japanese speaking viewers, so entertainment options were limited in the room. The pillows were also slightly uncomfortable as they were not soft and flat. The fridge is small with no dial/button to adjust the temperature, but it wasn't a big issue as we did not have many items to keep cold.

The room was spacious enough, and the beds were quite comfortable. The bathroom was very good, excellent water pressure. The location was good, as it was by a subway station, but a bit of a walk to Osaka Train Station, but still possible to walk until there. The facilities were very clean and they provided free toiletries, which was very convenient.
The hotel provided a van to Osaka Station, but we weren't able to use it as said transportation was running late, we waited for 30 minutes past the time it said it would pick us up and ended up walking to the station with our luggage.

The location is great, being just a couple of min from the nearest metro station, the hep five building and super close to umeda made shopping and largely exploring the city really easy. had an amazing view from our room(15 floor) and got to see the city's skyline. room looked great, while its a trend in japan with rooms being a little cramped i'd say overall it had everything we need, amazing view and no shortage of amenities. had to leave a day sooner when the front desk was closed but had no trouble with their express checkout. great place and a lot of value for your money.
again rooms could be a little more spacious, can be a little cramped with a partner.

Location was perfect, close to Umeda station within walking distance, lots of eateries and big shopping centres around hotel. Hotel room is very clean and they also provide laundromat as well. You can also send your luggages to other cities in Japan using Yamato courier through the reception, which was a bonus.
Need more washing machines and dryers as lots of people using them, currently only 3 washing machines and 3 dryers available. Location of TV should be on the end of bed not on the side. Other than that everything was perfect for us.

Everything was perfect until the SAME MAN that 3 years ago,was horrible about some silly towels,( look at my early review from 2019) did it again. He told me that I could check out at any time the day before,I found it strange but he said that so I told him 3 oclock,he said it was fine.I left hotel an to make sure I came back and told him 3 in the afternoon, and even signalled with my hands. He said yes ok.Then the day after he charge me for late depart. That man is not a nice person ant all.Shame because I love the hotel.

It was bigger that I expected I travel with my sister and o read some comments saying the rooms were to small, it was perfect for the two of as and comfortable beds everthing clean , next to the hotel is a grocery store, and a train station, we stay for 3 days , and one of the we have breakfast in the hotel it was really good and a lots options, the staff were really nice. It was easy to travel from the train station, and is shopping stores like 10 min walk, and street like 5 min there for buying soups or any kind of food. I’ll stay again definitely.
Nothing no complains

This hotel was perfect for us. We are a young couple, visiting Japan for our honeymoon. This hotel is in a great location, has a free bus service to the main Osaka station. (It’s a 15 min walk away) The hotel is really clean and the reception had many amenities. The staff were lovely and friendly. The breakfast was so tasty, the ladies at the breakfast room were very lovely. Because we said it was our honeymoon, they gave us 2 free cocktails and some cakes and biscuits! It was so lovely and we felt special. The area has 2 konbinis and lots of restaurants. Overall this hotel was amazing, 100% recommend.
