Incredible size and furnishings and location for the price we paid. Self check in was smooth, all the appliances were new and clean and hot water was great. It was a really comfortable stay for 5 of us; it could probably take 8 or 9 in the common area as well.

We drove, so parking was a bit of an issue as well as the "drop off" for the luggage as we had to drive into the resident's carpark to unload the luggage. As it was city centre, so it was a bit difficult to find nearby parking and you just had to drive around until you found one.

Comfortable, convenient, walking distance to every sightseeing point. Very recommended to tourists traveling by JR

Two toilets and nice space for a large skier group worked very well. Self service check-in and check-out, and also the doors with number code locks was superb. Host replied very quickly and the communication was clear.

Beds were average quality and the kitchenette was missing knives. Lack of included car parking was a minus, even though paid parking was available nearby. Even though the heating and air conditioning worked well generally, the floors were commonly cold.

Even with large luggage, it takes up to 10 minutes to walk from Otaru Station, so I think the location is pretty good. There is no counter in this B&B. After I checked in, I found that the electric kettle was broken. I reported it via booking.com system. The staff brought a new one and within 30 minutes. This efficiency is commendable and is similar to staying in a hotel. Besides, If possible, please add more pots and pans , replace dishes with porcelain, melamine is not a good container.

The property was east to access through the instructions from the booking. The place was very spacious and well equipped with everything you could need. There was parking available and the location was walking distance to most attractions in the area. For the price it was excellent, there were only three of us staying there but it could easily sleep 6-8 people between the traditional sleeping area and the three beds. As well there were two toilets which was awesome. 10/10 would stay there again.

The place was super spacious - we were a party of 3 but could have easily fit 6+. Everything in the place seemed very new and clean! Check-in was super easy and it was very close to Otaru Station.

Nothing! Everyone including myself loved the place and wished we'd stayed there for more than just one night. The only thing I disliked, if I had to name something, was that there didn't seem to be any kind of ramp up to the BnB and I had to climb a small amount of stairs with my luggage up to the building. This wasn't an issue for me, but could be troublesome for someone else or in icier conditions. The BnB itself was great, though!

It’s a pretty spacious house with super comfortable 3 beds, one tatami room and living room. Everything is so clean, there were enough towels and traveling amenities. Located near the station(7 minutes walk), there were many restaurants, bars and convenience stores! Also there were laundry machine, dryer and laundry detergent!

The sounds around the apartment were a bit noisy(cuz it located in the busy area so it’s fair enough) even I heard upstairs neighbors speaking.

Spacious, clean, nicely furnished with quality bedding. The owner paid attention to details such as having an iron, dish liquid, some peaceful decoration, etc. The location is very easy: it’s a 5min walk from the train station and from restaurants and shops. The tatami room was the cherry on the cake.

If you sleep in the tatami room you might need some ear plugs because you can hear the traffic from time to time. The 3 double beds are in the back and there it’s really really quiet.

It was a really comfortable and cosy stay with my family of 6. The bedrooms were spacious with the 3 queen beds, and the futon beds were also very cosy to sleep with. Heating worked very well too. The space was really clean, like the toilets and the kitchen utensils.

Unfortunately there's only 1 shower room for the entire apartment, which made morning/evening prep time really long for a big group staying here.

It’s very spacious for a group of three. Think it can house a big family of 6 or maybe more. Clean and value for money.

The curtain was not able to block out the light in the living room. Friend using the futon in the living room area was awaken by the light as early as 4plus 5 am. A distance from the station (but still pretty much manageable).
