Hotel was located quite near the train station so it is walkable distance. The triple room was a bit small but worth the price that you pay. The staffs were really friendly and helpful and some were fluent in English! :)

The hotel is made up of 2 buildings with 1 being across the road. We stayed in this one and had to cross the road to get to the reception and onsen. It is a bit of a hassle especially after enjoying the onsen. Do take note that onsen fees are compulsory (you pay when checking in) so might as well enjoy a dip while you are there!

The hotel totally exceeded my expectations. I stayed there during one weekend. Its price was surprisingly low. I expected it might be a cheap and old hotel. I amazingly found that the hotel is quite new. The twin room I stayed was of reasonable space. Everything was in good condition, and most importantly, the room was clean. The hotel was also equipped with a public bath with sauna facilities.

The quality of the room, in general, was awesome. The staff was, as expected while in Japan, top notch. Though it was great for both sexes, it's more catered to women. It was akin to a spa experience. It seemed as if the customer-base also understood that, as most guests that I saw were female.

On-site parking but that's expected in a compact city in Japan.

I wasn't expecting much because of the reviews, but this place was really nice. Clean facilities, they had the washing machine dryer combo A+ Onsen was a nice touch, free coffee yummy

Everything is 10/10, especially the staff, so gentle and nice. I've been staying there for 8 years, and will come. But the check in process with the machines is a pain. Really. It used to be so simple man to man....digital advance?

its location on the Main Street halfway between the railway/bus station and the canal. plenty of eating options nearby.- plus the Green Onsen next door! but alas we didn’t have time to experience it. Our room had a great view over the the snow-laden rooves to the mountain side.

By the Main Street and within a few minutes’ walk from Otaru station. Clean. Hot spring bath is a plus. Value for the money.

Better lighting and a smaller chair/fridge (as it’s really hard to move around once you sit down at the desk).

Great jumping off point for skiing. Loved the onsen. Very nice. Good and helpful staff. Close to train, Ocean, and attractions. Clean and happy room with everything you need. A clean dressing gown every day!
