Some good restaurants very close by.. The rooms were super quiet . They have bag storage

The beds are crazy thin and therefore very very hard. The place needs some work it could be a lot better. The location is Shinjuku but it's still not close to anything useful but it is close to the station. A lot of foreigners staying here.:) Check out time 10:00 a.m. check in time 4 pm . Is this Japanese efficiency 6 hours to clean some capsule rooms ? No other countries need this long

The staff was so nice! The beds were also pretty comfortable. Walking distance to the subway and lots of convenience stores around. Good value, honestly!

I think if I'd stayed there longer, I wouldn't have liked the showers or bathrooms (just older facilities, and pretty cold too).

I booked a bed in the Deluxe Women's room. The bed was very spacious and I liked that I had a desk.

The location was very cleaver, it was near to a local train station what makes you take transport really fast.

I think that everything was fair enough, the only thing was the bed, a little bit unconfortable for my back, but you know, it all depends on your attitude.

Location is fantastic. Price is very fair. I upgraded from the economy room to the luxury room and was actually paying less in the luxury room. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Quick walk to subway station. Balcony in common area on 8th floor was fantastic.

Shower system is pretty weird. All showers are together in a room in the basement where you have to strip down together. Cleaning staff is pretty horrible, in my opinion. If I managed this hostel, I would get rid of the entire cleaning staff and start fresh. From the (female) cleaning staff not leaving the men’s showers while men are taking showers (meaning I had to ask her to leave while I was dressing and undressing), to the walls and floors being covered in grime, they really don’t do a good job. The soap bottle in the bathroom was empty the entire time I was there, toilet paper was on the floor of the toilet, and the toilet in the shared space looked like a crime scene. If this hostel fixed these issues, it would be a really good place to stay.

1. The dormitory is a mixed-gender space, and the rooms are very cozy. 2. Enjoy a comfortable stay. 3. The staff is generally polite and helpful, with one exception: there is an African lady who does not share the same level of courtesy. 4. Amenities include two kitchens, clean washrooms, a lounge area on the top floor, a smoking balcony, sofas, and guitars. 5. They provide free luggage storage for up to four days, which is convenient if you want to travel to other cities without carrying heavy bags. Kudos to the hotel owner! 6. You can make good friends, both male and female, in the mixed dorm rooms. There are many friendly Western guests.

The property was on the ideal location very nearby, Shinjuku metro line as well as convenience store, such as family Mart and Lawson was just next to the property, so for me, it was like everything next to the doorstep staff was very nice very cooperative and especially the manager Ami. She cooperated with me for my check-in and checkout allow me to check in earlier and again she gave me extra five hours from the checkout time. It was an amazing experience. Thanks for the all team ace inn To made my trip more awesome.

I don’t think so. There was anything which I don’t like about the property. Everything was perfect and fine.

The cleanliness, the staff, the way this property is simply but beautifully maintained with a pretty Spanish touch, the view from common kitchen area on 9th floor... the shower area tidiness. Everything was really good despite such cheap rates. Lockers available to keep stuff safe, included in charges.

Room has extremely dim light inside and only one point to charge devices. Only curtains and that too with big gaps... So you are visible from inside. You cannot change clothes inside capsule (I am a female) as it can be visible from outside. Privacy is not satisfactory level but since everything else was good for its price it did not feel to be a big problem!

Honestly not bad. It could be cleaner yeah, and I think especially bathroom slippers would be greatly appreciate. The staff was absolutely lovely so not sure what anyone is complaining about. I appreciated the 24/7 lounge, sketchy a bit tho it may be. The showers are ugh, temp control is almost impossible, the coin system sucks, the pressure is had and the complementary shampoo immediately dried my hair to an impossible level. But they work.

It was a quaint spot with everything you needed for a comfortable stay, I liked that the beds were in their own cubbies(with an outlet and light inside) so you got the privacy you need even being in a room with 10 other people. The location was great too! Right next to a Lawson's, Family Mart and 7-11. Not too mention the super convenient subway entrance a few feet away from the inn. Also appreciated the temperature control in the rooms, it was comfortable
