The room was spacious relative to other hotels in Tokyo, especially at thus price. We had a twin roo. So there were two beds,and each was wider than twin beds. The linens were clean and luxurious, there was a pyjama to use. The bathroom and toilet were also clean and comfortably equipped.

The linoleum on the bathroom floor made it seem cheap, also the door to rhe shower looked cheap. In the otherwise luxuriuos decor of the room, this seemed to srand out.

The front desk staff were a good combination of efficient and friendly. The room had enough space and the bed was comfortably large enough for one person. Very nice linens. Room was quiet. Easy to fall asleep in.

The bathroom was too small. I'm a tall person, so I am used to that. But the tub was so deep with the side that faced the toilet so high that I had trouble folding my body up to get in and out of it.

The service was excellent and the staff was very accommodating when I needed to change to another room. The interiors are from another era, like 30-40 years ago. But it's so well kept, not a stain, and everything is functioning perfectly. The hotel has an excellent interior architecture, stunning. The stay was a very pleasant surprise.

Loved the location close to Ichigaya Station. Rooms were clean. Reception staff were helpful. Breakfast was delicious (I paid for it since it wasn’t included in my booking). Quiet

Room was smaller than I imagined but I it was stated in the booking so….

Good location, close to Ichigaya train and subway station, with easy access off the main road, large car park underneath. Quick efficient check-in, friendly staff, good clear printed directions to West Building. Reasonable sized room, good sized desk with mutiple sockets, wired and wifi. Bilingual, detailed instructions for all devices. Very comfy bed, again with two power sockets, compact shower/ bath with "easy to read without glass" toiletries! Restaurant (no chance to use) and 2 convenience stores nearby.

The location.

No view from the window. The hotel was empty but I got the room at the very end of the corridor and no view through the window. The receptionist did not speak English. The room was not fully clean unfortunately.

The cleanliness of the room was to a high standard. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and comfort to use. The staff on the reception were helpful when I ask for help with something.

Personally I didn’t enjoy the food I ordered in the restaurant. However, this may be down to personal taste as I don’t tend to eat fish or meat and there were no food options without fish or meat so I ended up having a dish with fish. I did not enjoy the dish but that may be because I don’t enjoy eating fish. Perhaps the hotel could consider adding at least one vegetarian dish to the menu in the future.

Lovely place with great customer service. Had a very late check-in without issue and they held our luggage for us while we were out and about. The room and amenities were excellent, as was the location.

I booked at a certain price for 2 adults. But when I arrived at the property, I found out that the price shown on Booking.com was actually per adult, so I paid twice as much as I anticipated at the property.

Beautiful view, comfortable, close to the train station, spacious and away from the noisy crowded tourist areas, yet close by train.

That we could not book in earlier when we arrived early. .

Staff were very accommodating and very much willing to assist us even though communication was a bit hard. We appreciated their effort in helping us get around the area and giving us directions in taking the train/ taxi and even giving us suggestions in good nearby restaurants.
