Super clean, super friendly staff, bustle free and really quiet. Free breakfast in the morning, free drinks in the evening. It's in a prime spot in an alley with many food options and only a 3 minute walk to the train station. If you travel light and are there for an extended time, the hotel offers free laundry service with the exception of undergarments. Or if you wish, there is a nice modern laundromat a walkable distance away. I will definitely be staying here the next time I visit Tokyo.

It was a non-issue for me, but they require you to turn in your hotel room key (it's an actual key, not a keycard) when you go out.

Small room but good for just resting a few nights. They had free breakfast and snacks in the evening. I didn't have time to actually consume those. What amazes me is that despite the outside of the hotel lined up with many restaurants, you don't get to hear those noisy crowds from your room.

The small table that is beside the bed. With my luggage taking up so much space, the table is in the way. It is good to have beside the bed but it is too cramped. The elevator always stops at the reception desk level 2. It doesn't matter which level you're heading to.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great every day. The hotel's location is perfect, in an area with many bars and restaurants. None of the outside noise will be heard in the room. Also, it's close to the metro station!

Hotel rooms in Tokyo are on the small side; this one was no exception. It is perfect when you are a solo traveller, it might be a bit harder to navigate the room with two or more people.

Location was walking distant to train station and station is accessible to many attractions. Lots of good food around. I like the community area that provide cupnoodle and hot drinks.

Room is a bit tight, I kicked my toe on the bedside table. But overall the room is comfortable.

Location was good as away from busy Shinjuku but couple of stops on train so easy to get to. Food in street is good. Room was fine for all the time we were in it.

Room was small but that is Japan and just something to get used to. Breakfast was good but maybe more non Japanese food. We enjoyed it but can imagine travellers may not be used to fish meat and rice for breakfast.

The location is great. Lots of restaraunts, pubs, coffee shops and everything open various hours. Easy to find anything you want within a block any time day or night. Busy area but mostly locals so its quiet and safe as anywhere else in Tokyo. 3 minute walk to bus and metro.

No real view from my room and the breakfast ended earlier than I expected so I missed out but you can get free beverages any time from lobby which is nice.

I needed this place to crash for a night somewhere in Tokyo after a long flight. The place is really close to a train station, like 3-5 minutes walking, and it offers everything you need for a one night stayover. Wi-fi coverage was ok, room facilities also, they had free Video-On-Demand in the room and they served buffet-type breakfast wich was pretty ok!

Nothing really to complain about, everything was as I expected it.

Nice staff and clean room. Great location too! Breakfast was really good.

The only thing I didn't enjoy was having to return my room key to the front desk whenever I left the room. It was a little annoying as it felt like you were checking/reporting in at all times.
