We stayed on the Club floor and checked in there. The staff in the club were very helpful as we planned our days. In particular, Club Supervisor Yuka Wakii spent a lot of time and effort researching places we would like to visit including some that were not the usual tourist destinations--like a street where locals shopped for clothes and groceries etc. The hotel has excellent restaurants although the one that serves complimentary breakfasts gets busy so allow a little time to get in at the peak morning hour. The room amenities are top drawer--very nice fabrics and tea sets etc. The bathroom and bathing area are spacious. The spa and gym area is very good with saunas and hot and cold pools on both (men and women) sides and a communal area and pool for laps. The people in the Club Lounge were exceptionally nice and helpful. Our trip was much nicer because of them.
The hotel is in a quiet area, good for serene walking but several blocks from any interesting shops or restaurants. The area is mostly office buildings and some embassy sites but it is close to a train/subway station so it doesn't take long to get to most places in Tokyo.

Picture frame window with day bed has spectacular views over the Tokyo skyline.
Top end hotels should not have a charge for fridge items - very old school to worry whether someone drinks a coke or not. Rather stock fridge with a couple of items for guests' use and leave more space in the fridge for whatever guests wish to keep cold.

The views, room and amenities were exceptional. Club lounge was very comfortable, staff was very nice and polite. Overall, amazing hotel. Underneath the hotel there are restaurants and shops which is very convinient. A bit distant from centres like Ginza and Shibuya but the views from the hotel are worth it.
Breakfast has many options but it is like a chaos with replacing some of the items take time.

Everything. We had a corner club room. The room was exceptionally comfortable and tastefully decorated. The club food was delicious as was the breakfast served in the restaurant each morning. The hotel was well located to the metro, which made travelling around the city much easier. Will definitely stay again.
Nothing.

Luxury stay, extremely clean and lovely staff
The housekeeping could be more detailed as bedside tables and tables were dusty even when the rooms were serviced.

The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho, a Luxury Collection Hotel, impressed me with its excellent breakfast offerings, luxurious pool, serene onsen, and well-equipped gym. The hotel's impeccable cleanliness and breathtaking views from its high-rise location added to the appeal. Additionally, I loved the stylish and ambient atmosphere throughout the property.
However, I found the breakfast service aloof, with staff rarely offering greetings. The additional charge for onsen facilities for hotel guests was disappointing. The service at the hotel entrance and the quality of dining at the specialty restaurant could have been better.

The room we selected had stunning views of Mount Fuji - when waking up you could see it quite visibly laying in bed. The club lounge inclusion was a worthy perk; there are plenty of things to snack on and we were able to have a great conversation with a fellow traveler. The bathroom tub is in a room overlooking the city and honestly after a long day of walking around it was incredible to lay in the tub and soak my feet while overlooking the city.
If you're going to be going out a lot, the hotel lobby is 36 floors up and the elevators go directly to the lobby and fast. As a person with sensitive ears I didn't expect this to be as bad as it was for me lol. My ears popped and popped pretty forcefully with each ascent/descent of that elevator. This is a first world problem, and says a lot that it's the only thing I didn't like.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional, from the location to the staff to the food to the rooms and the views. Having stayed at world class hotels like the Savoy and the Gritti Palace, I can honestly say this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in.
Its a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. They request pool users wear a swimming cap.

The location, the views from the restaurant and bars, the swimming pool on the 30th floor, a great range of small restaurants, supermarkets and coffee shops at ground floor levels, state of the art bath/shower, and the helpful staff, particularly at breakfast.
The automatic and very bright light coming on in the bathroom, when used in the middle of the night! (Plus this is an expensive stay)
