Had it been possible I would have rated it 11/10 . I stay there for 6 nights, and chose Super Premier Hotel as I already was familiar with this chain from my previous visit to Japan. And Super Premier Akasaka didn't disappoint. The rooms are small, as usual in this kind of hotels in Tokyo, and I was prepared for that. The hotel has a nice onsen for the guests to use, washing achiness, all day long coffee and soft drinks for the guests, and a good breakfast for a decent price (2000¥ for a full buffet with fresh vegetables and salad, 3 kinds of chicken, bacon, eggs, smoked fish, yogurt, cereals and fruits, 2 kinds of croissants, miso soup, porridge, rice and some beverages). Above all, the service is always kind and thoughtful, and the staff is helpful. Akasaka neighborhood is close enough to Shibuya, Shinjuku and Ginza by metro (4 different lines pass thru the near by stations, and they take you almost everywhere). On its own, Akasaka has a local feeling. It's very japanese, but not overwhelming as others neighborhoods. Lots of cafes, restaurants and conbinis all around.

Very close to subway stations and major lines, which made it super easy to get around Tokyo. The area had many delicious places to eat and having a convenience store downstairs was so handy. Also loved the coffee/soda machine during the day and free cocktails in the evening!

The room and bathroom were very small and cramped, as expected in Tokyo. We didn't have much luggage so it wasn't too bad, but guests with multiple big suitcases might struggle. Some extra shelving/storage that maximises the space would have made it easier to tuck away our bags out of sight.

The location is super convenient. There are two subway lines within walking distance. The room is small but functional, and there is also a lobby where you can spend time relaxing and planning. The hotel provides water and other beverages during the day, and an open bar in the evening. The small Onsen is fantastic, alternating hours for females and males. Breakfast is wonderful. It includes Japanese and Western-style food, a variety of choices.

I stayed there twice. My first time was single room on the 9th floor. It has a smell coming out at night, which seems the carpet needs to be cleaned in the specific unit. Two weeks later, my second time is perfect fine.

We stayed in two different hotels in Toyko and it just underlined that every neighbourhood has a different vibe. Akasaka is lively but has more of grown-up vibe than say Shibuya or Shinjuku - if that's your thing (and it is ours) go for it. It's the kind of place that regular japanese come for a quiet drink or a good neighbourhood restaurant, so there's plenty of places to eat and drink but it's not noisy and feels super safe (like all of Japan does to be honest). The hotel room I thought looked better than in the photos - it's more modern than perhaps the photos suggest, so that was a bonus. We got the room with the bunk bed above the double bed. Not to sleep in but to have somewhere to put our stuff and luggage as the rooms are quite small - very useful. Bathroom was nice. Facilities were very good and the staff super friendly and helpful.

No complaints - was a great stay.

Stayed at the very same hotel last year. As previously reviewed, it is relatively near to Akasaka Mitsuke station which has 2 most commonly used metro line, Marunouchi Line and Ginza Line. Just a little further down the street after you exit the hotel, you can reach the Chiyoda Line. That line allows you to reach Meiji-jingumae (Harajuku) station within minutes. Another plus point is that it is near one of the Airport Limousine bus pickup point to Narita Airport, which is fantastic on the day that you going to the airport.

- smiley face of the hotel employees and fast problem-solving responses - providing amenities for you to sleep better - room is small but one big luggage and one cabin luggage can fit even they were opened - providing pjs which were comfortable - usage of washing machine and dryer in which dryer is free and washing machine you are only providing 100 yen per wash and they are even providing detergent. - Even i didnt have breakfast, you can use facilities to get some hot beverages - location is close to metro station and 7-eleven is next to the hotel :) - cleaning room concept is really good. You dont want every day a cleaning normally, so you are putting the garbages and used towels next to your door and they are providing new towels daily - if you fill out the survey at the end they are providing a small gift as a memory - there is a window which you can open to get some fresh air in which i dont like to use ac if it is not too cold or too hot, it was perfect for me. - Near to the hotel, there are really good Japanese style bars in which i have done a bar hopping with one of my friend in here

Nothing comes to my mind to be honest. I am really recommending this hotel for sure 🌸

Excellent location! Close to more than 3 subway lines (at least G, H and M lines). 7/11 is right downstairs which opens 24h - takes care of ATM, food and water! Countless restaurants on the street! Also it offers washer and dryer inside premises, washer need 100 yen coin (30min) and dryer is free (drys my close in 20min)

If you need spacious room go for Hilton/Hyatt in Japan. Like all Japan local hotel, room is A bit small but 2 of us still manage to access 2 luggage suit cases and 2 backpacks everyday!

Vibrant location with loads of food, beverage and convenience options but quiet enough to get a restful nights sleep. Easily accessible by subway. Comfortable bed, smart tv, fresh towels and water provided daily. Choice of pillows. Pyjamas provided. Good value. Staff were efficient.

Tiny room. Tinier bathroom. I was out exploring from morning until night, but wouldn’t want to spend too much time in the room, wouldn’t recommend for couples. I did enquire about an early check in the day before my arrival, but didn’t get a response until 2pm on arrival day saying I could pay extra to check in at midday (already passed).

Super small but comfortable room and what is most important - good sleep! You can select the pillow you like from the reception area. Good Japanese breakfast. Nice hot baths. Not too busy. Area has a lot of good restaurants and is well connected by transport lines, yet not as crazy busy as some other touristy Tokyo areas. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a budget friendly convenient place to stay.

I guess very small room! So don't pick this hotel if you want to spend a lot of time in the room besides sleeping. Also the hot bath is only one so there are specific hours for men and women which alter depending on the day, means you can't use it any time you like.

Really comfortable hotel, we enjoyed our final nights here. Room was spacious enough to open 3 luggages fully. Tv had netflix and youtube so thats a plus The hotel offers complimentary drinks and also alcohol for free! There is also private baths but we didnt end up trying it The location was the main highlight, we loved Akasaka and when we stepped out of the hotel we were dropped right in the middle of the bustling streets with a lot of food options.

The only downside is the shower pressure. It was very weak and i struggled washing my thick hair under it.
