Hotel is in a great location. Heaps of restaurants around, near Akasaka and Akasaka Mitsuke stations and a 15min walk to a third line. The hotel is near the harry potter Cafe. There are multiple convenience stores within 2 blocks and a large supermarket near Akasaka station. We liked having the kitchen and space to eat. Toilet is separate from the shower which is great when there is 4 of you. There is a coin laundry on site.

Lack of storage space for luggage and shoes. I personally didn't mind it but be aware many japanese beds are firm. Make sure you fill out registration details before you arrive to get your pin for the front door as there are no staff. The TV doesn't have any English channels - make sure you bring your details for streaming services if you want to watch anything.

Space is used very efficiently in the room. The shallow shelves along the walls of the room allowed for a lot of extra storage for your daily items. The 6th floor amenities bar had everything you might need for your stay. The room was equipped with a fully stocked kitchen with quality Balmuda appliances, such as a water kettle and a microwave/oven. The kitchen counter and seating was a nice space for the family to eat and convene. The location of this hotel is phenomenal. You are close to two metro stations, each with different lines, so you can choose a variety of lines to get to and from the hotel. Akasaka is also a very central neighborhood in Tokyo. There are many restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel -- our favorite was the Daily Yamazaki kombini down the street.

The futons were a bit flat. They weren't terrible but we wish they were more comfortable. No luggage storage whatsoever.

Really cute room that was small but expected considering being in Tokyo. Lots of nice touches between traditional tatami mat floors and sliding rice paper panel doors on the exterior windows. Small kitchen was sleek and modern with everything you would need to cook a meal if you choose. Bathroom shower was absolutely lovely. Great location with convenient access to multiple subway stations and a really nice neighborhood for some food and entertainment generally. Would stay here again!

The lack of staff was expected but became challenging when we needed some help with an issue. Response was slow and confusing. Had to essentially negotiate to get another set of bedding which took a while with the delay in responses after sending messages.

The room was clean, spacious (especially for Tokyo), and well-equipped with a small dining area, couch, desk, kitchenette, and aircon. The bathroom and shower were great, and there was a small hairdryer provided. Location was a big plus - just a few minutes walk to Akasaka Station, which made getting around Tokyo super easy. There were plenty of nearby restaurants and bars to enjoy lunch, dinner, or a night out.

The kitchen area was very small, however, enough cook a light meal. Due to the nature of a compact living space, the cooking smell tends to linger. Also, there’s no staff on-site - check-in is fully self-service. Not a problem, just something to be aware of.

extremely clean rooms , bathrooms and bedding, and well equipped with microwave, kettle and mini fridge- freezer. bathroom is luxurious with a nice strong shower head , bathtub and bathroom amenities like Japanese face cream kit, toothbrushes and hair straightener and dryer. I was really impressed with their washer and dryer and spare amenities room with water bottles, extra towels and bathroom supplies. we also received a Christmas gift( cakes in a pyramid box) which was a lovely touch.

a little on the small side once our luggage was in, there was not much room to move around. pillow was a bit flat. no front desk - ie this would make luggage forwarding unavailable so keep this in mind

Location was awesome. Perfect jumping off point for exploring Tokyo by subway. Also a great neighbourhood to return to each evening to freshen up in our room before heading out to one if the many options for dinner in the Akasaka neighbourhood. Beds were comfortable, my 2 daughters and I were actually able to sleep across the two beds. Shower was particularly good (great water pressure) and washing machines in the hotel that wash, dries and dispenses the detergent was very convenient. The fridge/freezer provided was great for holding all our combini snacks, drinks and frozen treats that we were excited to try out. Check-in process was easy and with room key code there were no key cards to worry about. Would recommended and would be likely to stay again.

The only thing I didn't like was the lack of front desk for requesting things like more toiletries, advice etc. Although we were aware the hotel would not be staffed and the systems in place did work fine! Only other criticism would be space for storing clothing so we could stow away our large suitcases. But again we were aware that Japanese hotel rooms are on the tighter side space wise and again we adjusted and it worked out fine.

The apartment was in an amazing location in Akasaka - just a few minutes walk to 2 different metro lines, with plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It was nice to come back to this calm area after visiting much busier areas of the city and Akasaka itself felt much less touristy than the more popular Shinjuku and Shibuya areas. The apartment itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a kitchen for making quick meals in the morning. The apartment was absolutely spotless and I loved the free high quality skincare and haircare products they provided. It was also a bonus to have a hair straightener provided - wonderful in the Tokyo humidity! I would highly recommend staying here.

No complaints at all - this place was perfect. Having a washer would have been a nice bonus though!

The location is perfect for getting to everywhere in Tokyo. Centrally located but tucked away from the chaos on a quaint street with restaurants. The room was quiet and couldnt hear the hustle of the street below. You’re a quick walk between 2 subway stations. The room has a full kitchen with microwave cook top and fridge/freezer. There are coin operated laundry machines, so convenient for long stays.

No live person at check in but you can contact someone via the screen downstairs.

The value of this hotel is great. The rooms are very well designed with storage for luggage, and a dining area and small kitchen. The location is very close to a few different train stations which will take you wherever you need to go in Tokyo. Check in and check out were very simple despite there being no staff.

The lack of staff made luggage delivery to the hotel and to our next destination impossible. The street the hotel is on can get a little loud some nights. There are no drawers for putting any clothes.

We had an apartment set up for 4. It was well appointed and laid out - it was nice to have a table and chairs for us to sit at. Bathroom was fantastic - the best shower we had in our whole trip round Japan (and they were all pretty amazing). Comfortable beds - including the Japanese style floor mattresses the kids were on. No staff and just an iPad for check in which was fine if things go as they should which was the case for us as I had provided all the information beforehand. The hotel was on one of the main streets in Akasaka so well located, close to several metro stations but surprisingly quiet. Plenty of nightlife and places to eat around.

Not much to be honest!
