This property is located in a business district- walking distance to station, convenience stores, an abundance of restaurants, and Harry Potter cafe! Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Rooms were quite small. In Japan, all rooms are small but this was definitely smallest compared to the other two hotels we stayed at during our trip. We booked a room for 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) and the room style was a full bed and a sofa bed. We assumed the sofa bed pulled out but it didn’t. It was a leather flat sofa. There was no fitted sheet just a thicker sheet for the base so through the night, it kept coming off/slipping. The hotel is carpeted- very old carpet. If you have allergies, probably not the best.

I loved: - The friendliness of the staff and assistance during the stay. - The room facilities include the washing machine, kitchen, and balcony! quite incredible in Japan! - Lots of complimentary amenities are available on request. - The environment is outstanding... live and vibrant with lots of food, drinks, and shopping options. Love Akasaka! - The property is near subway stations and only 25 minutes from the airport Haneda.

I recommend requesting a room in the new tower, as those rooms are more modern and contemporary. Our room felt a bit outdated, but it was spacious enough for our family of three and comfortable during our stay. However, we found that there was a lack of storage for clothes and luggage.

The hotel is located in a central location. Both Akasaka and Akasaka Mitsuke stations are just within walking distance. The street is filled with different types of restaurants and there are many convenience stores just 1 or 2 minutes walking distance. The hotel has old wing and new wing, old wing is where the reception is located and the rooms come with a small kitchen and a washing machine. We stayed both wings and I personally think the new wing rooms are much nicer and properly arranged. Rooms are small compared to rooms in Hakone and Kyoto but I think this is the standard room size in many Tokyo hotels in this range. The staff is very nice and helpful. Always there to answer our questions and helped us a lot when finding places.

We had our own dinner area, so we could put our luggage there. Bed was comfortable. The reception on arrival and departure was easy and friendly. We had a family situation, and the reception staff were awesome with helping us and the cleaning staff were very understanding and helpful. Close to station and had 7 eleven so close.

The bath was small but was told that this is standard. Couch was suppose to be a bed but too hard to sleep on. The washing/ dryer the dryer was just a spin cycle. But reception gave us coat hanger to help dry our clothes in the room. Our room was big enough not to smell like wet clothes but wouldn't recommend for smaller rooms.

because i'm pregnant 25 weeks , we need a larger room and great location (near the station) for our stays in japan. both of our need are meet our expectation when we stayed here. the room is quite spacious for both of us, we can open 3 medium suitcase and 1 small suticase no probelm and having our own washing machine inside our room was super helpful. the location was great, lots of restaurant nearby and konbini as well. the hotel isn't too far away from the station which is very helpful for me. overall we have a really pleasant stay. thank you

The hotel is surrounded by good restaurants and bars, it is 3-5 minute walk from several metro startions, the staff is extremely nice and helpful, speak English well (rare in Japan), and even when I needed an iPhone charger they lended one to me for free at the reception. Also, detergent for the washing machine is also free of charge. My room was comfortable, equipped with everything, and it was spacious (something I would not expect in Japan).

Maybe my room was on the wrong side of the road, but in the evening even with closed windows I could hear the people chatting outise in the bars close to the hotel. Nevertheless, I could still sleep very well.

The hotel is in an excellent location, between two Metro line stations on different lines, enabling us to get to all the places we visited. And it is in a safe but lively street with many restaurants with various cuisines - a great area for families to stay. The staff are lovely - very accommodating, helpful, friendly and prompt with anything. Our room was excellent and large for Tokyo - 2 bedrooms plus loungeroom, kitchenette, bathroom with full stand-up shower and separate toilet.

Only negative is the lack of natural light as there are no windows, but it meant great sleep, and it was very quiet.

Loved having the in-unit washer/dryer. Thank you for letting us take the stairwell. Really liked separate toilet and shower rooms. Nice having a genkan. Despite people partying outside, the room was totally quiet.

There was a stovetop but no utensils to use it with...seemed to serve no purpose. Had to pay extra to rent utensils, yet we already paid extra for room with stovetop? Would have just preferred a microwave. Room was a bit dated but clean, so no problems.

Staff spoke either very good English, so we never had any problems communicating. The rooms were clean and quiet (at least on the 10th floor), the location was very good to access nearby subway lines, and the hotel was within walking distance of good restaurants, convenience stores and attractions (Hie Shrine is less than 5 minutes walk away).

Small thing, but could use another set of laundry machines in the annex, as there were only two sets of washers/dryers, and it seemed like someone else was always using it when we wanted to. Additionally, the room was small for three people, but it was still manageable. Given we weren't in the hotel room for most of our time there and smaller rooms are to be expected, I don't mind it as much.

The staff were friendly and polite. They facilitated last minute needs for my family. They always did what they were able to do when asked of them. The facilities were good. The location very good s it was near restaurants, super markets’ style shops as well some speciality shops. It was not too far from two different major train stations connecting to many different lines. I found it an easy place base near the centre of the city.

I found the staff very nice and helpful people. They had differing levels of knowledge about their local surroundings which made it hard to communicate with different staff about the same need. I would still highly recommend them on an individual basis despite this discrepancy. I had a room with a stove and kitchenette but not cooling utensils or plates and cutlery. This was odd.
