The location is fantastic — very convenient for exploring Tokyo! There are plenty of metro stations nearby, making it easy to reach any part of the city. The area is lively, with lots of restaurants, shops, clothing stores, and even some attractions within walking distance. The room was clean, the staff were very kind and helpful, and I really appreciated the balcony — it was a lovely bonus and added some fresh air and space to the stay.

The value for the price wasn’t quite there. The room was extremely small, with no shelves or storage space to put your belongings. Once you open a suitcase, there’s barely room to move around. Also, the bed wasn’t very comfortable, and I had trouble sleeping during my stay.

I like it that the location was very convenient for me to travel between the popular spots for tourists (near Ginza line). And also the staffs were really helpful and communicative to help me understand more about my lodging and check-in & check-out timings etc. The room I got was pretty clean and there is free WIFI provided as well.

I do not have anything that I dislike about this reservation. What should be expected is that the rooms are pretty small, but I find no issues with this arrangement.

The balcony didn't open, the bathroom was cramped

I’ve stayed a few times and the staff have always been extremely accommodating and friendly. The room is always clean though I find them a little cold so you may want to request a blanket. It’s perfect if you’re interested in the Harry Potter exhibition nearby and it’s easy to move around the area. It’s a great value for the convenience of location. The WiFi didn’t work for me during my most recent stay, but the first time was fine. A great value if you want something comfortable for a reasonable price in a busy area.

It's a compact and comfortable hotel. Has laundry and kind staff! The lights are adjustable and they offer an extra desk lamp.

It's a bit small and the balcony is not so well kept. Missed opportunity to put a small table and chair there. I wished they had some reading light by the bed.

The location is great, in a quiet neighbourhood but with good places to eat and not far from M stations. The room (902) is small but well aranged, the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is small but has all amenities and soft towels. All is very very clean. We loved the small duck that you got to keep 😊. We hope to come back some day.

Very solid price. You can get anywhere in Tokyo quickly with multiple transit options in walking distance. The akasaka area itself is not the most exciting in the city but there is certainly still plenty around, including great food. Staff was pleasant and accommodating, allowed me to drop off my bags a few hours ahead of check-in.

The beds and pillows are bad. The chair is uncomfortable. Very few tv channels.

The hotel is close to the metro station(aprox 10 mins by foot). The area was quiet. The hotel staff was very welcoming and willing to help us when we asked for help. The beds were comfortable.

The WIFI connection didn't work, the signal was very weak or absent; fortunately the room had internet cable so working remotely was ok. Theoretically the room didn't have ventilation. The balcony doors were "locked", but we managed to unlock them and get some fresh air from outside. I am not sure about other rooms, but you should ask the reception staff.

Loved the quiet and central location to most spots

It’s a business hotel, so I knew going into it that the bathroom and overall room size would be fairly smaller than the average American expects.

The front staff was super nice. There was a nice seasonal note and some fun surprise decorations in the room. The location was good and price was right.

It's just a very compact hotel, especially the bathrooms, but had everything I needed.
