Great location for our week long visit to Tokyo, easily walkable to severable nearby metro stations, which made our itinerary very flexible. The hotel breakfast buffet had a huge variety - great for the days we wanted a big breakfast with a lot of vegetables. The convenience store on the ground level was extremely convenient for anything we needed at a moments notice. The check in and check out process was very quick and easy, the staff was helpful, and the location is clean and accessible. We also used the washers and dryers several times throughout the week because of the sweaty weather, and they were easy to use. Only 3 washer/dryers, so we aimed for early morning, or mid afternoon, since they were expectedly busy in the evenings. We also opted for a queen sized room, as I am 188cm tall, and wanted a larger bed. There is also a small fridge, nice for keeping our snacks and drinks cold. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would consider staying again.

The weather was very humid, so we kept the air conditioner running to help manage the humidity. There was no closet, just a wall hanging rack, so it was tricky finding places for hanging our damp clothes and towels. The pillows were not my favorite, but I am a little picky about that. The rooms were a little cramped, but I hear that is typical experience for westerners visiting Japan.

Great for a short stay in Tokyo, would book again!

Approx 10 min walk from a train/metro but this wasn’t too much of an issue.

Sometimes there was a smell in the toilet, not a big deal because it went away when we turned on the vent (which was supposed to work 24 hr). again not a big deal The breakfast was almost the same every morning. It was delicious and all but a bit of variety might make it even better. There was no coffee in the room which was a bit of a downer matter for coffee addicts like myself. The coffee in the 7/11 downstair was very good though.

The location is great and its close to 2 main metro station. And also the area is quiet nice & it makes you feel safe. Lots of opportunities in terms of coffee shops, restaurants, convenience stores. There is also a convenience store in the main entrance of the hotel.

The room is a little bit small yet any other option would be the same size since its Tokyo.

The property had a good surrounding of restaurants and shopping, with also being close to the trains/subway system which made it easy to leave the area.

The walking around the area tends to be slanted upright, which made walking back to the hotel a challenge.

The location was super close to the Akasaka station (Harry Potter themed) which was super cool. The staff was friendly and there was a 7-11 on the first floor. So convenient! I also loved that they included a lot of DHC products in their amenities so I got to try some new skincare items.

The breakfast buffet was meat forward, would've loved to see more vegetarian options other than salad. The rooms were also pretty small but that's typical in Japan.

Hotel is in a great location. It was about a 10 minute walk to multiple train lines and the Harry Potter Village. The 7 eleven and ATM downstairs were also very helpful. The breakfast was nice being your standard Hotel breakfast and the rooms were stocked with toiletries. The room was very clean and we had it cleaned by staff on our middle day as an inclusion of the eco plan.

The room was small but this is to be expected in the Tokyo area. Our main issue with the room was the pillows. They were rock hard and arguably not usable. Tea and coffee was also not replaced daily on the eco plan and there was no milk provided. Overall for the price I would still recommend this hotel but these are definitely things to think about.

Breakfast buffet wasn’t good value for money, you’d be better off going to a supermarket, cafe, or restaurant.

Fantastic position, very close to Akasaka metro (and it'll be evrn more once works in progress at southern exits will be completed. Nice modern structure with comfy rooms very well equipped, basically there was no need to bring anything from home a part from clothes (and pijamas were available too). Good abundant breakfast, japanese and international and English well understood (which is never to be given as granted in Japan). An slways open Seven-Eleven is directly linked to levrl -1 of hotel, you can go shopping by elevator. Extremely crean and efficient, definitively a great hotel.

Nothing really Important. Breakfast buffet closes at 9.30am, 10 would be perfect.
