The staff is awesome, lots of little amenities, comfy beds and great AC! Location is superb, there is a convenience store right across the street and they have a whole of stuff including good coffee.

Room a bit small but that’s normal for Japan I think. We managed fine.

The location was very near the AKASAKA station in a quiet neighborhood.

Although the rooms are small and do not have any closets, they are clean and comfortable.

Everything was shockingly great here for what you pay. We needed to be in this area for a meeting & the other 2 places we stayed in two months earlier weren’t available so we chose this hotel and it was pretty amazing & super cheap compared to other hotels where we stayed. We actually changed hotels for our last two nights in tokyo and wished we had just stayed all 3 nights here because we splurged on the next hotel which was 3X the cost as this hotel & not worth it at all. The evening happy hour hear was also great. Very clean room, not huge but not too tiny. And we actually had a decent ( pretty) city view from our window. There are lots of cool bars and cafes within walking distance from the hotel too.

Loved the very spacious rooms, really clean bed linen and room, the only point I would make was light switches and doors needed a quick clean which I did with sanitiser but other than that the rooms was spotless. Pool area was kept very clean and tidy, plenty of towels available, pool was lovely to swim and not over crowded. Close to BTS, I was not informed about the tuk tuk free to the station but it was quick to walk, it was a little dark ally to get back though late at night but I never had any issues just seemed a little isolating for a women alone. I would stay again.

Washing machines on site was great but you could not change the settings, clothes was fine though just wasn’t sure what temperature it was?

Very quiet hotel in a great area of Tokyo, close to multiple metro stops and lots of restaraunts and bars near by. The beds are really comfortable. The staff are great. Hiro, Ian and Chyngyz really helped us, with directions, reservations and forwarding our bags to Kyoto using black cat. Overall, a great experience.

Expensive for the level of the hotel but I don't think you find any better value in Tokyo. Hotels are just really expensive there. You will save money on food and transport though. We did not try the breakfast as we decided to try local cafes instead, but the breakfast looked ok and there is free tea, coffee and snacks all day.

Amazing location with a Harry Potter themed train station nearby, a 7/11 next door and complimentary wine and ramen each night. The staff were so friendly and helpful and I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. The room is small as they all are, but we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy to get to Shinjuku and anywhere else you’re going, lots of eating options nearby. Really loved our stay here.

The only thing was the hand held shower head - it kept twisting sideways so had to be held the whole time (which was annoying!). Otherwise, everything else was great

Great location, walking distance from temples, 2 train stations, great restaurants and cafes. Small room, but bigger than the average. Staff is really nice. Freebies at the reception. Free coffee, tea, chocolate and candy all day. We were also lucky to be there while they were having free drinks for happy hour. Breakfast is good if you don't have any dietary requirements. They also serve traditional japanese breakfast, if you keen. Nice rooftop area and small pool table at the bar.

The bed wasn't really comfortable for me, but my friend had no issues.

Location in Akasaka was great! A very close walk to one station, and just a little further (10-15 mins) to the others, had no trouble getting to anywhere in Tokyo. Room was expectedly small, but manageable (I was expecting a really tiny room from the reviews, and I think that expectation helped with the actual room experience). If you are used to American hotel sizes, think of something about half the normal size. I would say for one person, the size is great for a trip to Tokyo! As a two person group, it was a pretty cramped, but not the absolute worst. Hopefully you won't be spending too much time in your hotel room anyway! Room was clean, and the staff were all nice and excellent!

The only small "complaint" I think would be the shower in our room - it was a detached shower head, but looks like it had been replaced since the bathroom was built, and didn't correctly fit the shower. It was a little difficult to manage, but overall okay. Water pressure and hot water were great though!
