Honestly, you can't beat this location. You can get to ginza, shibuya, akasuka, and others very easily. You have multiple combini stores around the hotel. A short walk into rappongi, which has plenty of restaurants and stores. The room is super small, as expected for a hotel in tokio, so won't complain about that but just for readers to have an idea, is literally a hall with a door on the left where the bathroom is, and then the bed at the end of the hall.

The bed was small for a couple, I think probably a small double. The pillows were not very comfortable, so between that and the small bed, we didn't get to sleep very well.

The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the metro station, making it convenient for exploring the city. It is situated in a calm area, away from the hustle and bustle, allowing for a peaceful and comfortable experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Cleanliness was well-maintained, and the hotel provided all necessary toiletries, including a room fragrance spray, which was a nice touch. Hot and cold water was available at all times, and the air conditioning unit also functioned as a heater, making it easy to adjust room temperature as needed. Additional amenities included a paid laundry service in the lobby area and a free drinking water dispenser at the front desk, which was very convenient. One of the best aspects of my stay was the hotel’s policy of keeping guests’ luggage after checkout, which is especially useful for those with late flight departures.

The only downside was the room size. The space was quite limited, and I believe the bed was slightly smaller than a standard queen size. There was no wardrobe, only a few hangers to hang clothes, which might be inconvenient for longer stays, The bathroom was also quite compact. However, despite the compact space, the overall experience was positive.

The hotel is very confortable. The twin beds were big, the bathroom had a confortable size. The room we got for 3 was a very good size. The hotel neighborhood is very quiet and it has a 7/11 store accross from the hotel. There are shops and restaurant near by. We liked our stay!

We thought we would have a hot breakfast but we got a box with Japanese goodies and a cold bottle of green tea. It was good though.

For work meetings in downtown Tokyo it's quite convenient. The time to walk or take the subway doesn't vary much so it's good for exercise. The rooms are small but well laid out and serviceable. I stayed on the 7th floor and 3rd floor. Both had operable windows and comfortable beds. I didn't hear much hallway noise or outside noise and even slept with the window open. There's no breakfast but you can use the in-room fridge.

Would prefer a bit softer pillow.

Convenient location close to Akasaka station (chiyoda line) and 15 minutes walk from Ginza line making it very close to very cool districts like Harajuku, Omotesando or Aoyama. The room was more than enough for 1 person, comfortable and clean.

The sauna is for men only which I found very shocking for a hotel of such big chain. It is also not accessible for people with tattoos.

Staff were wonderful. I booked a room with a double bed, it was spacious and the bed was firm but springy, so it was easy to sink into and get comfortable. Pillows were nice and plush too. The bathroom was on the smaller side but the bath itself was pretty wide, so I didn't really mind. The lighting was warm lighting, with a dimming switch. Room also had a microwave! Bonus.

There is no view from the window as it has frosted glass. It's not that big of a deal to me, but others might care.

Location was perfect, just a few minute walk from the metro. Located in a nice area where it’s really calm. There is a 7-eleven in a few meter distance. Staff super friendly, always more then happy to help the guest.

I made the reservation as a last minute, so the price was really high. I saw like making reservation in advance at this hotel would saw you a lot. I made last minute reservation elsewhere in Japan and it wasn’t that expensive like here.

The location of the hotel in a nice location near convenient stores and the hotel staff was really nice when you had any questions that came to mind.

The window 🪟 near the room wasn't able to be opened. I might have just not checked it right, but it seemed to be latched.

Great location, really friendly staff. Hotel is great value for money and located next to shops, bars and transportation. Also the included sauna facilities were far better than expected

Could do with better storage in the room, however the room does have space so can easily keep your luggage out. Also no tea and coffee included, however 7/11 is right outisde so doesn’t really matter.

The hotel's location is great, the rooms are tiny but have everything you need. The bed was very comfy and had nice soft pillows. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There wasn't anything I really disliked, just small things I can see that get addressed in other reviews - You can see the hotel gets a lot of use and this results in the usual wear and tear. There was some dust in the window corners and so on, but everything that mattered was nicely clean. If you have a big suitcase, there might not be enough space to fully open it apart on the bed.
