The interior design, and services, and the outdoor areas are exceptionally high quality. We were lucky to have a room with an external bathing area - book this kind if possible! The beauty products provided are excellent quality, with 4 different face cleansing, toning and moisturising in fragranced and non-fragranced options. I have to say that having your lover give you a salon style facial treatment while soaking in exquisite bath salts in a marble lined 400L bath made ringing in the New Year both relaxing and romantic! 🎊😍 The staff are amazing too! We felt absolutely welcome as gaijin 🫶🏻

Visitors should we wary that the doors to the outside onsen are both incredibly heavy, and very quick to close to the last 20cm before the gentle shutting mechanism kicks in. Make sure you move quickly and carefully! We narrowly escaped being squished a couple of times 👌🏻👍🏻

This place was amazing. In our room, we had two private pools, a karaoke machine, king size bed, fireplace, tons of amenities, a private bar with all sorts of alcohol, 5 free sexy cosplay costumes, 2 BDSM sets with leather and restraints, a fireplace, fridge, kettle, freezer, ice bucket, kimonos, robes...the list goes on. Most insane room we've ever stayed in!

More information could've been given to us in advance on what to expect at the property, the signs could've been in English, and more things could've been explained to us as foreigners about how love hotels work.

Just stayed for the night so didn’t explore the area much but seemed like a nice area with a business focus? Hotel was clean and nice/updated. It was a bit diffuicult to tell what room we were getting on booking. They deliver a cosplay costume to your room Free of charge and then after that it’s 500yen for more costumes. The first one we ordered wasn’t available and the ordering screen didn’t reset so we didn’t try again. Bummer and would have been nice if they had reset our free order. Bed was a bit hard for my taste but the size was generous and other emeneties were nice.

My wife and I really wanted to experience a Love Hotel. The Karuta Hotel is exceptional, the room (that we did not chose but that wasn't a problem as we had no particular preference) was super clean and comfortable. The TV in front of the bed is huge, modern and with a wonderful selection of movies (including XXX) free of charge and the operation is in English. The shower and bath offer a good choice of shampoos and skin products. Incldued in the price there is also a free selection of cosplay costumes for your use and in the fridge you have 2 bottles of water. In the public area free coffee and tea are offered. And for the love/sex specific aspect a vibrator and some condoms are offered.

Bathtub could have been bigger as it wasn't possible to use it as a couple.

Great location, near everything. Nearby are restaurants, metro stations, convenience stores. Neat room, very nice space saving design. Personal care provisions are from nice brands.

I understand it's customary for most non chain hotels in Japan, but no baggage storage service after check out/before check in. There's one at Akasaka station though, which is pretty convenient but you have to be there early or big lockers are all used up.

Recommend as a top love hotel in Tokyo, for anyone wanting to experience one I enjoyed this one as a foreigner couple. Make sure you inquire about the free amenities rental downstairs!

Overall size of the room is good, the amenities are great.

Check in hours at 9pm is a little difficult. Unable to book more than one day in a row is also difficult to manage. Would be great if can book 3~4 days together.

The check in time is 9 pm. Wish it was earlier like 3 pm for other hotels
