The hotel is very good! Right next to it there is a 7/11 store, while at the same time the hotel is located in a quite lively area, it has many shops, restaurants, and in general, life. The metro station is less than 10 minutes' walk from the hotel. The bed was very comfortable! The receptionists although they don't speak English very well, they served us very well when we needed some hangers.

The rooms are quite small. Especially for two people who have at least one suitcase each. It doesn't even fit oxygen inside. Also, even though we booked the hotel for the experience with the robots, they ended up being of no use. You just operate them only for check-in and check-out. For possible problems or suggestions, that is, you talk to the reception. So I recommend to anyone booking the hotel purely for the experience with the robots, not to have any expectations.

Hotel is truly a modern place! Everything is well-organized, and the self-service system runs smoothly and efficiently. The hotel is very clean, with comfortable and well-equipped rooms. The breakfast is especially worth mentioning – delicious and varied. Another great advantage is the excellent location close to the metro, making it easy to get around the city. A perfect choice for those who appreciate modernity and convenience. Highly recommended

The free lockers were great for locking our luggage up after our stay but before we went to the airport. Very easy and secure

Great value. Got everything we needed. The rooms are small but oh well it's not like you will want to spend all day inside while in Tokyo. The staff was very helpfull. Check in and out was smooth and easy. And a little hack if the lack of storage bothers you: grab a "STUK" (7 compatments) from IKEA and hang it up by the mirror. It might make your wardobe choices easier. Or just pack for half your trip because there is a washer and dryer on site (under 1000 yen to use, detergent included).

Not a complaint but worth to note if you've been wondering: your suitcase will not fit under the bed.

A perfect stay in Henn and hotel. We arrived early hours and check in was still perfect. The room was spotless and had all amenities including a hair dryer and iron. All free toiletries are within reception on a help yourself basis. Staff were very helpful. Bonus was the laundry room - this does get busy so plan your time to use ahead. Robots are a bonus and mesmerising. We found the location great, easy acces to subway and all areas of Tokyo. Plenty of restaurants and shops within meters of the hotel.

Room was very small but this is not a negative as it is what we would expect in Asia.

Modern hotel, card access to room floors, spookily-human robots at check-in but no complaints as reception was open till late, chrome cast on tv, luggage lockers at reception, breakfast in the Irish pub downstairs was satisfying and supposedly has a take-away version.

Lack of human element was worrisome. The only time we saw a person was when paying for breakfast on ad-hoc basis. Not much else open early in the area. Plug points could use updating to international but there were enough local sockets near kettle.

The rooms are quite small for two of us we had a triple room which was just about adequate with two large cases. There were 3 beds one was a bed settee which we turned back into a settee to gain more floor space there was a lot of wrappers and dust under there and things people had lost during there stay and clearly shows although they hoover every day they hoover around things, that was my only moan other than that the staff were friendly and helpful, it's very close to train stations and loads of eating places and shops too, the robots are friendly too!!

Spacious room (by Tokyo standards). Cool robots on the frontdesk. The fact that there is also always personnel present to help is also good. Beds were very comfy and there was a smart tv in the room. You can also borrow umbrellas and phone chargers from the frontdesk which really saved us a lot of trouble. There is a 7 eleven right next to the hotel and a lawson 2minutes from the hotel.

The location was not always convenient depending on which side of Tokyo you're going. Sometimes had to take 2-3 lines to get somewhere, but we never had to walk longer than 10-15 minutes to a station from the hotel though which was ok.

The room was great and large compared to all the other stays we had in Japan (maybe similar in size to the average hotel room in the United States), and very comfortable and clean. There was a clothing sanitizer machine in the room that could maybe also steam your clothes if you wanted it to? We didn't use it but it may be nice for those who have a meeting to go to during their stay. I loved that there was a 7Eleven right next to it, and we got our breakfasts from there.

For our trip's itinerary, it wasn't a very central location. However, it was one of our favorite and spacious hotels.

Very good location. Beds good size and comfy. Bathroom all good and good to have a sofa and fridge. Easy access to all of Tokyo and a shop right next door for all your bits and bobs. The robots were fast and efficient but don’t do too much lol. I notice that they didn’t take any breaks and worked 24 hours a day bless them. They were fun for a video though 🤣🤣🤣

The only thing I didn’t like was the price for laundry machine 500 yen where as My Stay Hotel it was free. Dryer 200 yen for 20 minutes and you need two dryer cycles to dry clothes so in total 900 yen to wash clothes it was the most expensive on all of the 4 hotels I stayed in across Japan. Don’t get me wrong I don’t mind paying for the use of the equipment but most places charge 300-400 for a washing machine and 100 for the dryer and also they don’t sell laundry powder so I used shampoo instead lmao.
