Central location close to several train stations. Lots of places to eat in the area and there is a 7-11 convivence store on the 1st floor of the hotel. There is a convenient work space and self-baggage storage area on the lobby floor. The wifi works well and I was able to do zoom calls and play games over steam with no issues. The onsen area on the 3rd floor was great. Very new, clean, and relaxing. There is shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body scrub towels, hair ties, q-tips, cleanser, toner, moisturizer, and fancy hair dryers available. I especially enjoyed the microbubble pool in the semi-outdoor area. You can use the smart TV in your room to check and see if it's crowded. The hotel also provides lounge wear top and bottom (likely need to be US size L or smaller to fit!), toothbrushes, and tea. The breakfast is buffet style and there are a variety of options to choose from. Drink options include green tea, herb tea, various types of coffee, various type of water, orange juice, milk, and a green smoothie. Food options include breads, soups, rice, curry, veggie based salads, eggs, Japanese style sweets, and 2-3 meat/fish dishes. I really enjoyed the buffet, but one thing to note is that only 1-2 dishes change daily, so it does get a bit boring in terms of choice after a few days. On Sunday there was a line for the buffet as seating was full. Didn't take too long to get inside, but could cause issues for anyone in a rush.

Check in process is done via an electric screen and people from overseas have to scan their passport. The system auto input my address as overseas when I live in Japan and I had to re-start the check in process after getting help from the staff. Would have been much smoother to check in with a person and not a machine. Better soundproofing would also be nice. I was unlucky to hear another guest playing loud music for long periods of time.

Very good. New facilities are on top of a 7-Eleven and close walk to train station and restaurants. Rooms were clean.

Showers and rooms were small and cramped. There was not much space to open luggage. However, this was expected.

Location is perfect as it sits in the heart of Akasaka. While the street it’s situated on gets busy during the evening it’s still relatively quiet compared to Shibuya and Shinjuku. Perfect location if you want a break from the bustling streets of Tokyo! (Gives you the opportunity to experience best of both worlds Tokyo has to offer) especially since we only came back to rest up or sleep! Close to 3 different metro stations (about 5-7min walk) and soo many restaurants and bars around. Also situated right above a 711 which was super convenient.

Room and bed size, however this was expected in Tokyo so it wasn’t a surprise or too much of an issue.

Breakfast was very good. Japanese/Western possibilities. Restaurant staff always serviceable and very handy. I have to emphasize the overall cleanliness of the hotel, rooms, foyer, restaurant - impeccable.

Quite expensive to do an early check-in. We had to do it because we were very tired from the travelling and it cost quite a bit. So avoid early check-in, if possible or, if really early, maybe better to book one day extra before the one you're arriving.

Akasaka is a great location for the new to Japan traveller! It’s quiet but still has plenty around for food and experiences like the Shrine - it’s only 20min by car to major locations you likely wish to visit such as Shibuya and Shinjinku and not hard to catch train also as there’s 2 stations within walking distance from the Hotel as well as plenty of great coffee options - our fave for Aussie coffee drinkers was Keys Cafe - quiet easy to access from the Hotel and good strong coffee! Close to Roppongi for night life

The pillows are not comfortable at all! Don’t overpack or have too many large suitcases as the rooms are small which we expected but it’s hard for 2 grown adults to maneuver around each other - we didn’t have access to the desk as we left our case on top of it the entire time You also don’t have a lot of room in the bathroom but for our 6nights there it was really a nice place for convenience and location

The property was close to lots of good food and adjacent to a 7-11 for supplies like water and snacks. The property was relatively close to transit lines . The breakfast buffet provided several options to choose from and traditional Japanese breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful and cheerful; one staff member even had a device that she could speak into that translated to English for more difficult questions or help needed. Room was refreshed daily and supplies were adequate.

The hotel has six washer/dryer machines, but I found that they were occupied each time that I checked. And it was frustrating that people didn’t pickup their clothes, once the cycle was complete. I waited for 20 minutes one day and watched several other residents come to try and do Landry, while two machines sat waiting for the clothing owners to return.

Great location for using the metro. Close to 3 metro stations, easy access from the airport and other neighbourhoods in Tokyo. The hotel is very clean and the public bath is great. Many restaurants and conbinis in the vicinity. There is also a laundry room with many machines available.

The hotel is in a business district so there is not much to do in the area apart from going to restaurants. I received a much smaller room than what was pictured on Booking.

I like the properties attention to details specifically with the room. The room is quite small but is what you can expect from a Japanese hotel room. The restroom was quite spacious. The location of the property was great. Easy access with the ginza line where you can have connections with the Tokyo line(shinkansen station) and other JR lines. The ginza line is also an easy access to shibuya, ueno and akihabara, hence it was so nice to have a 20-30min train ride to these places. You can also request for an airport transfer (Narita or Haneda) which is way more cheaper compared to your regular taxi or booking agencies, just make sure to make arrangements 2-3 before the actual schedule.

The room was quite small but it didn’t matter to us since we were out most of the time. Packing the luggage was quite a struggle but if you and your friend planned it out so well, the space wouldn’t matter at all. I just didn’t like the Indian receptionist, he was not so approachable and not helpful compared to the Japanese and other nationalities that were assigned during our stay.

The room was well decorated, lots of plugs, and a nice area to sit down to eat/drink. Facilities were pretty new (or newly decorated). Staff was friendly and helpful (with luggage delivery service). And we had 7-11 on the first floor, which was a bonus for late night snacks/drinks before returning to our hotel room. The location was convenient, 6-9mins to either Akasaka/Akasaka-Mitsuke station. Lots of food options around.

The sensor near bathroom was really bright/disturbing our sleep if one of us went to bathroom. The room was a bit dusty. The room was a bit small but thats typical for hotels in Japan.

Absolutely loved the service and room size. We mostly liked the atmosphere and lookout over the city on the 11th floor. The room was decent as it provided ample space for two people. We liked the possibility of controlling the lighting from the bed. The breakfast was also decent. I would like it if allergens were specified per dish served, but it is also possible to ask the staff. We love that there's a convenience store right underneath, and connected to, the hotel. It was always our first and last stop when leaving/entering the hotel.

The bed was a bit on the harder side, but that is fairly normal here. I did not like the toilet paper. It is very flimsy and leaves bits. I would recommend a different type. I am aware that sometimes this is not possible due to certain plumbing issues, but I do think this could be improved. The elevator situation also leaves something to be desired. Sometimes we would be waiting a long time for the elevator to show up, only for it to be full. Some people even got in trouble with their check out time for this.
