The hotel is very good! Right next to it there is a 7/11 store, while at the same time the hotel is located in a quite lively area, it has many shops, restaurants, and in general, life. The metro station is less than 10 minutes' walk from the hotel. The bed was very comfortable! The receptionists although they don't speak English very well, they served us very well when we needed some hangers.

The rooms are quite small. Especially for two people who have at least one suitcase each. It doesn't even fit oxygen inside. Also, even though we booked the hotel for the experience with the robots, they ended up being of no use. You just operate them only for check-in and check-out. For possible problems or suggestions, that is, you talk to the reception. So I recommend to anyone booking the hotel purely for the experience with the robots, not to have any expectations.

Hotel is truly a modern place! Everything is well-organized, and the self-service system runs smoothly and efficiently. The hotel is very clean, with comfortable and well-equipped rooms. The breakfast is especially worth mentioning – delicious and varied. Another great advantage is the excellent location close to the metro, making it easy to get around the city. A perfect choice for those who appreciate modernity and convenience. Highly recommended

Easy check-in and check-out process. We each got our own comfortable bed (3 beds). The LG Styler was useful to freshen up clothes in between washings, and it was convenient to have coin operated washer and dryer in the lobby. We also liked that we had a mini fridge in the room and access to a microwave downstairs. Pajamas, toothbrushes, washcloths, razors, and q-tips are available for guests in the lobby too. There also is an electric kettle for water and green tea in the rooms. Vending machines, manga library, and a machine/bags for vacuum packing your things also available. While the room was compact, we expected this, and we had room to store and do everything we needed to do in the room. We felt quite comfortable. Room was quiet too. Location in good proximity to stations. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby too.

The free lockers were great for locking our luggage up after our stay but before we went to the airport. Very easy and secure

The hotel experience was amazing! Rooms have everything you need for your trip around Tokyo. There is also a washing machine and a dryer. If you don't want to go out for a drink there is a pub right next to the hotel. The metro station is about 5 minutes walking distance, and the convenience store is right around the corner. The hotel is placed in a quieter part of Tokyo which means you can get your good night sleep and be fully energised the next morning.

The TV was not receiving signal very well, which made the viewing experience difficult. However if you're in Tokyo you don't really stay in your hotel room and watch TV. Otherwise everything was good.

Great value. Got everything we needed. The rooms are small but oh well it's not like you will want to spend all day inside while in Tokyo. The staff was very helpfull. Check in and out was smooth and easy. And a little hack if the lack of storage bothers you: grab a "STUK" (7 compatments) from IKEA and hang it up by the mirror. It might make your wardobe choices easier. Or just pack for half your trip because there is a washer and dryer on site (under 1000 yen to use, detergent included).

Not a complaint but worth to note if you've been wondering: your suitcase will not fit under the bed.

Great location with connections to all the "big" spots in Tokyo, 7/11 downstairs (and option to forward your luggage from there even at 11pm!) and still pretty quiet in the evening! Check in went without a hitch and we even got to use the storage lockers which was super easy and a great way to leave your bags before check in (or after check out) We didn't try the restaurant as it was an Irish pub and coming from UK, we couldn't be bothered with it :D

The bathroom felt stuffy even if we left the doors open. It took us over a day to figure out that the air con was set to heating, the first night sleep was non existent due to the hot air blasting out. Tried the LG wardrobe but it's pretty loud so we couldn't leave it on during the night.

Very good for price and excellent location if you are planing to travel around the city using metro. Also close to a park you can chill and there is a 7Eleven next to it.

I didn't like the fact that you have to request for a full cleaning, they have an eco friendly cleaning plan and unless you ask for it (Looks like you can ask for it every day for a long stay?) they don't do a complete clean up. They however do a good job at it when you request a full clean up. Your prefered cleaning plan should be asked to you during check in.

A perfect stay in Henn and hotel. We arrived early hours and check in was still perfect. The room was spotless and had all amenities including a hair dryer and iron. All free toiletries are within reception on a help yourself basis. Staff were very helpful. Bonus was the laundry room - this does get busy so plan your time to use ahead. Robots are a bonus and mesmerising. We found the location great, easy acces to subway and all areas of Tokyo. Plenty of restaurants and shops within meters of the hotel.

Room was very small but this is not a negative as it is what we would expect in Asia.

Modern hotel, card access to room floors, spookily-human robots at check-in but no complaints as reception was open till late, chrome cast on tv, luggage lockers at reception, breakfast in the Irish pub downstairs was satisfying and supposedly has a take-away version.

Lack of human element was worrisome. The only time we saw a person was when paying for breakfast on ad-hoc basis. Not much else open early in the area. Plug points could use updating to international but there were enough local sockets near kettle.
