Loved the pods and overall concept. Excited and nervous to receive a sleep report. The location couldn't have been better for us, and the staff alongside general amenities were perfect. Having slippers, towels and PJ's provided is a wee slice of luxury. Also comical to be in the same attire as everyone else. All the indoor plants make the place feel like an urban jungle. Can never have too many though (personal preference). Beds are comfy and we got a free umbrella for those rainy days🙏✨🫰

The communal area is quite pokey but still nice. It's also a shame they've stopped storing luggage for those who are checking out but hanging around (equally understandable). There's plenty of coin lockers around. Having more of a social space or even a place to sit downstairs in the locker and washroom area would have also been a bonus as it's quite hard to manoeuvre around everyone with their luggage. But these are minor in the grand schemes if you're only there for a short while. I also think you'd adjust eventually.

loved the sleeping pod concept, it was a unique and fun experience. The pod itself was super comfortable with plenty of space to stretch out and get a good night’s sleep. I also really appreciated the sleep report guests receive after their stay, which was a nice touch.

The locker provided is quite small, only large enough to fit a cabin-size suitcase and a bag. Since I had two suitcases, I had to leave the larger one in the storage room near reception. I appreciated that they were able to accommodate it, but it was inconvenient having to go back and forth between the shower/locker area upstairs, the storage room, and my pod. There’s no storage space on the pod floor, so you’re required to keep all your belongings in the locker. The shower area was slightly dirty, and you’re given only one a set of towels (bath towel and a face towel) for the duration of your stay. The provided pyjamas were synthetic, worn out, and quite uncomfortable.

This is a very interesting and unique place to stay! The mattresses are comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Bathrooms and lockers are located on a separate floor, and there’s a clear division between male and female floors, which adds to the sense of privacy and comfort. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The location is also very good. A great choice for travelers looking for something a bit different yet very functional and clean.

There is a constant hum from the air conditioningit didn’t bother me, but light sleepers might find it distracting. If you're sensitive to noise, consider bringing earplugs just in case.

Capsule hotel that was clean and the bunks itself were spacious and provided an outlet and lighting. Amenities kit was nice if you were staying for more than 2 nights - a mesh bag, pajamas, and slippers. Toothbrush and earplugs were available upon request. Locker rooms were a tight squeeze but most people were accommodating when you had to take your luggage out to put stuff away. There is a storage area for larger luggage where you could retrieve from the front desk with a bag tag. This specific hotel did not have luggage delivery service but there was a place about 15 minutes away who helped us with luggage delivery. Overall, no major complaints!

Very clean everywhere including the bathroom. Modern facilities. It's all systemised eg. Locker key is QR code on your room key card. Ladies and Gents are completely separated. Comfortable bedding. Good quality of pillow and mattress as capsule hotel. Cost effective. It costs me less than 5000 JPY for a night including breakfast.

Bathroom and locker room located on the basement floor and was slightly inconvenient as my bedroom floor located on the upper floors. Number of bathroom sinks was not enough in the ladies. It was full of girls who tried to put makeup on in the morning.

Short walking distance to Asakasa-Mitsuke and Nagatacho which gives you great access to subways going everywhere in Tokyo. The area in Akasaka offers lots of shops and restaurants as well as parks. Its a classic 9h so the capsules are rather spacious. The design of the building is nice with a lot of natural light. It is kept clean all day.

Air circulation in the capsule was missing which became a little warm at night. Other 9h or capsules hotels had a little more space in the bathroom and luggage store area. Be aware that you cannot stay in bed after 10am and before 2pm due to cleaning services

The staff is very nice, the location is great, towers & slippers or even pajama are provided. The sleep report is so cool! That's the main reason I booked this hostel.

To future hostel booker: If you are that kind of people need all your stuff with you/you easily forget this and that/you have super big suitcases, then you may want to think twice. For female, the bed is on 2nd&3rd floor, but the showers and lockers are on B1. I totally understand the space is generally not big in JP, but the lockers are arranged in rows facing each other, which is very difficult to get access to the lockers during the peak hour in the morning & evening.

The location is very great, close to the shops, restaurants and subway :) personal was very kind and helpful. It was nice experience.

I found the mattres and pillow very hard and uncomfortable. In the night time it was quite noisy, so with jet lag it was not ao great for sleeping. It is a but inconvenient that all your things are storage in basement. Other then that, this accomm was really nice and clean. The price for accomm so close to the center is wonderful, you just have to count it is not gonna be as comfy as in hotel :)

The capsules were comfortable enough. I wish there was a contraption in the capsule where you could lock away your passport or valuables that are small. The receptionist that was Catalan was very friendly, I know Japanese people are polite but he made it feel like you could actually chat with a human and not a worker if that makes any sense. I also loved the sleep diagnostics that are offered (even tho be warned, if you are a light sleeper) probably not for you.

I didn't like that the showers and lockers were on a floor 4 floors down. I stayed in two other capsules where everything was on the same floor and it felt more cohesive and comfortable. I know they cleaned but the sinks and the floors in the bathroom/lockers area were always covered in hair.

It was a must for us to stay in a pod while visiting Tokyo! This one did not disappoint. The pods are much more roomy than they appear in pictures and very comfy! The toiletry bag provided was a nice touch. The locker room & showers were spacious for getting ready in the morning. I will say, I wish they had an area where we could organize our bags. There wasn’t much of a lounge area either if you’re looking to relax or meet fellow travelers. But for a one night stay, it met our needs. Staff were very friendly and the location was great.
