Great location in Tokyo. Very close to 2 subway stations. Everything is accessible from here.

The room is relatively small. If you're traveling with two people and luggage, it could be very difficult to spread out adequately. The bed is too short. I am 180cm tall, and my feet hang off the end of the bed.

Everything about the property was amazing. From the location, to the bed, daily cleaning & water/ice dispenser.

The sink was the only issue, since it’s outside the washroom area, and the design of the sink, water tends to splash outside the sink and onto the counters where non-washroom items are placed. But not a big issue.

Very handy location within walking distance of Akasaka tube, coffee shops, restaurants and 7/11 supermarket.

Breakfast…Definitely not value for money. Tiny portions and runny scrambled eggs with near raw bacon. You are only restricted to one drink with your breakfast, so it’s either coffee or orange juice…you can’t have both. Ended up having to have another breakfast elsewhere everyday just to get started for the day…very disappointing. Rooms were also small and the lack of cupboards, wardrobes or even coat hooks on the walls, made ounpacking and organising your clothing impossible.

- Centrally located in the heart of Akasaka with lots of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Walking distance to two metro stations that take you to all major sights. - Clean: The hotel and the room overall felt very clean. - Friendly staff at the reception. - Comfortable beds and pillows. - Good value for money. Our stay here was perfect! We plan on staying here again in our next visit to Tokyo in two years.

- The cleaning lady would knock on our door to clean before the actual cleaning time when we were not ready yet. The cleaning was overall really good, but I kept finding her long dark hair everywhere in the room and on my stuff, maybe they could wear a hair net.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby and just a 10-minute walk to three different train stations. They were only a few stops from Shibuya and other main attractions. The area feels safe, with lots of office workers eating and drinking after work. There were also security guards standing outside drinking places in the evenings. The rooms are typical Tokyo size, but since we were out most of the day, it wasn’t an issue. For reference we booked the Queen room. The room was clean, and the cafe served good food until late. I also recommend the hotel’s tour—it’s definitely worth it. While the hotel doesn’t do luggage delivery, they helped us complete the forms to drop our bags at the nearby 7-11. Most of the staff speaks good English as well. Highly recommend this hotel for its great location, helpful staff, and overall experience!

None, we stayed for six nights and would book this hotel again.

The hotel is conveniently placed between two stations (Akasaka-Mitsuke & Akasaka), so transit in and around Tokyo is very easy. Bustling nightlife outside and a plethora of eateries. Staff was incredibly friendly and I was able to communicate with them in English, admittedly a little broken sometimes with the language barrier but a little Japanese thrown in was able to help. The coffee house attached to the hotel is delicious as well. Beds were very comfy, some of the comfiest I've had during travels. Luggage transfer isn't offered by the hotel, but they were able to fill out slips for us that we could bring to the local Yamato Transport store.

Rooms will be considered small for Western travelers, but it comes with being in Japan. Plan luggage accordingly and you will be okay.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The self check-in process was seamless and really convenient, especially after a long day of travel. The location is fantastic — tucked between two subway stations, making it super easy to get around the city. Despite being so central, the hotel itself was incredibly quiet, perfect for a good night's rest. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. A huge bonus for us, traveling for a few weeks, was the on-site laundry — such a lifesaver!

I was traveling solo, and despite having quite subpar Japanese I did not have any issues communicating with any of the staff. The room was perfectly sized for one person, not too big and not too small. The bed had a switch for the room lights and a hallway light right next to the headboard. I opted for the included breakfast which reception provides meal tickets to the attached restaurant when you first check in. The limited menu is outside the restaurant and includes a drink, definitely worth the price. It is a 5 minute walk to Akasaka station which gives you access to the whole city. There is a 24/7 konbini (7-11) right outside as well. The staff actually checked up after the 1st cleaning session to ensure I was happy with how my room was cleaned. They have the cleaning schedule posted in the elevator as well for full visibility. Laundry room is on 4F which is coin operated, and I was able to do a few days worth of clothes for about 500 yen.

Location is superb with many good food options around. Walking distance to both train stations were easy and simple, going past numerous useful stores. Easy to grab a taxi as well. Thoroughly recommended. Stayed with family comprising of 2 adults and 2 kids (5 and 9yrs), booking 2 rooms. Staff were friendly and overall a pleasant experience I would visit and stay here again.

Rooms a bit compact but, given the location still alright and manageable. TV didn't have satellite or english channels. The vaccum sealed coffee packs were a nice touch, but a bit impractical as once open it spills easily everywhere. Very little things we 'didn't like' given an overall positive and happy experience. There was a terrible shabu-shabu place Akasaka Edozakura - DO NOT eat there. It's like 10,000 yen for rubbish shabu set from English menu. Top sushi or steak meals are half that price btw.
