Had a 3 weeks stay in the hotel and was overall satisfied with the hotel and its amenities. The hotel is located in a very lively and busy area, full of restaurants, shops, bars, so you don't need to travel around Tokyo for nice food, if sometimes you don't feel like it. The staff was very accommodating, the room cleaning schedule depends on your request. Even though the hotel isn't brand new and might need some refreshment (such as wall painting), the room and the bathroom were always very clean. I stayed in a single room, not big (as it was expected) but not super tiny either. The bathroom was a decent size too.

Sometimes you can hear the noise from the bars downstairs, especially on the weekend, so you need ear plugs for sleeping.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel — twice! I would definitely choose it again for my next visit. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome. My room was clean and comfortable, and I especially liked the bathroom. While the rooms are on the smaller side (as expected), I still had enough space to store my two suitcases in the hallway without any issues. They also provided a little skin care bag. They also provided cold water and a small breakfast in the lobby.

There are not many power outlets to charge your phone or use electronics.

The location and area around hotel, a mini version of Shibuya without the crowds. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Plus very close to two metro stations Great shower, room is small but fine for one person, it is still very cost effective to have a room each of you in this great location. Breakfast is basic but it was more than a enough to start the day

Absolutely nothing, I would stay here again

One gets the feeling that this was a "designed" hotel some decades ago, but it has been kept well maintained and up to date and so is a perfectly nice place to stay still. Decent location, good staff, good shower. Room was small (but no smaller than everywhere else in Tokyo) but is designed well to use the space, incluing room for a table and chairs. Price was good for Tokyo at the last minute.

Poor breakfast - simply a few trays of baked goods in the lobby to take back to one's room.

The location is unbeatable, a few minute walk to 2 subway stations and the area is cute with narrow streets and lower buildings, lively with after work professional crowd. We had everything we needed for a 5-day stay: decent size room, great shower and tub, and somehow the simple continental breakfast was just right for me: different selection of fresh pastries and rolls every day (use the toaster to heat them up), some OJ and coffee. The staff was super friendly and helped us with calling cabs.

The hotel is a bit dated by now, but they are gradually renovating (a whole floor was under renovation while we were there in Nov 2023). Obviously for this price there were no facilities (no gym, onsen, restaurant), but it didn't bother us.

Beautiful room, clean, comfy huge bed, perfect location, super friendly and accommodating staff. Loved the complimentary packs of bath salts, the foot massager in the room and the daily free water bottles.

The lighting in the bathroom was very dark and one bulb was not working, and there were no plugs next to the bed.

Really solid affordable hotel. It is easy to get everywhere from the location and plenty to eat around the hotel. The room was a decent size for a family with one small child, the room had a full king size bed. Staff were helpful with everything and helped send my luggage to my next hotel. Breakfast was good enough.

The staff was very polite, they helped us with everything we asked for, and last but not least, they were very nice people overall. The room was very clean and nice. You have 24h coffee, water and tea if you want

I dont have so many downsides, its not nessecary a bad thing but we got to many towels, so we could not use it almost before we got a new one, so you dont have to worry about beeing clean

Excellent location for exploring Tokyo by subway, as Akasaka-Mitsuke station is nearby and very well connected in the train network. Loads of good food options up and down the street. Breakfast is Western style only and must be consumed in the hotel room - but we were happy with what was offered and with quality. Everything clean in this hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a bar on the ground floor of the building, but we did not hear any noise in our rooms that were on the 5th and 7th floor. As two adults with two kids, we booked two separate rooms for our first stay at this hotel. We went on to Western Honshu, and after that we came back. For this second stay, we booked a larger room for the four of us. Advantages: more space, foot-massage device, larger bathroom.

Great location! Lots of eating options, close to the subway. Very clean rooms!

We felt the breakfast was pretty meagre and having to eat in your room as there is no dinning area was a hassle. Especially give that our room didn't have enough space for us, let alone an eating area. And we weren't much pleased to discover the room rate near doubles for the weekends.
