The hotel itself is very nice and felt upscale. The lobby is so pretty. The little amenities they offer are a nice touch. The room is a little bigger than others I stayed in Tokyo. Still was hard to open my suitcase all the way. Located near a train station and an area with several food options. Quieter area but still convenient. Loved having the large bathtub to take baths at night. The price for the room was exceptional and I would definitely stay again
The bed could have been a little comfier. Sheets were a little stiff. Also the room was kind of hot. I sleep best in cold rooms but the temp only went so low. Breakfast was really good but still overpriced.

Very good location - minutes walk from closest train station and perfect to get to local eatery/shopping district while still being quiet. Ammenities were nicely kept, view over the properties to the north was nice and green, fast elevators, and polite staff. Strongest room A/C of all our stays. Good room size in Tokyo and comfortable beds/pillows.
Overall felt very clean, but certain less-used items/areas (phone in bathroom, crevices between bathroom tub and walls, primarily) had fairly heavy dust/black residue build-up.

The breakfast was amazing.
The room was very small. It said small double but it really was small. We had just come off a cruise and the cabin was a bigger size than this room.

The room was small but had everything that we needed. It was spotlessly clean. It was in a lovely area with beautiful parks. It was opposite the Imperial Palace Gardens. There are plenty of food options nearby. It’s less than a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station. The hotel provided both Western and Japanese breakfast options.

This was our 2nd year staying in this hotel. It was a perfect base to explore Tokyo. We loved the location of this hotel as we found it very convenient yet not in the centre of the crazy busy areas. Shibuya and Shinjuku are a few short stops away. We could easily access many of the other areas in Tokyo as the closest station is less than 10 minutes stroll. The local stations are also pretty relaxed and easy to manage as you start your day. At the same time, there are plenty of cafés, bars and restaurants nearby without having to leave the area. The hotel itself is lovely and clean, the staff are very helpful and friendly. The facilities in the room were good.
Nothing. The room is definitely very small. However, this seems to be the norm in Tokyo, so it's not really a negative. It's just something to be aware of.

Nice hotel close to a bunch of stations, so easy to travel around Tokyo. Lots of convenience stores nearby. Room was bigger than others we’d stay in during our trip to Japan. Bed was comfortable and rooms were cleaned each day.

Space was more than enough for a family of 3. Warm bottled tea and citrus drinks were great after cold nights outside. Many meal options 400m away even late night options. Cleaning team kept the room in order and was quick to provide amenities as needed.
Location is not ideal for sight seeing with a child. Distance to the station 600m adds up over the days. The walk and the subway transfers make it about 45min to 1 hour to get to other sights. That is going at a 6 year olds pace.

Location is excellent! It's a 5-minute walk to the Akasuka-Mitsue train station with a Doutour Coffee, Lawson, and a 7-Eleven along the way. We did most of our sightseeing trips via the Tokyo Metro. There's an entire street lined with restaurants, bars, and shops just before the train station. It's approx. a $20 (give or take) Uber ride from Tokyo station. Or, you can easily take the Metro if you don't have suitcases. Staff was amazing, check-in process was quick. Rooms were nice and clean. Plus, there are some nice freebies (lotions, face masks, bath salts, teas etc.) in the lobby and the room is stocked with tea and coffee as well. Overall, a great memorable experience!
I only with the rooms were a little bigger. There's not much room to move around with 1 suitcase and 2 carry ons in a double room. But, despite that I'd highly recommend it and would go back.

This hotel is fantastic!!! The room is not that big but it still comfortable and have a full set with all necessary ammenities. I'm not even have to use my stuff. The breakfast buffet is also wonderful especially pancake!!! It very delicious and there are so many choic to select. The staff is very good in service and generous. In addition, the hotel allow to deposit luggage for free before check in. If you want to check in earlier you can pay a little bit fee and can check in on noon. The final, the location of the hotel is the based because it is center of everywhere. I took only a few train or taxi to go any where. If I got a chance I will visit here again for sure.

This was my first visit to Tokyo so I am no expert, but I thought this was a great location: a few interesting local attractions to get you in the mood and then great access to the rest of the city through the underground network. Our first room was fine but rather small. We paid a very modest supplement to upgrade to a 2-bed room when that became available and it was excellent. I appreciated the reception staff's flexibility in making this happen.
The first room was manageable but quite small for two. Breakfast had a huge selection but I felt might have been better if they had concentrated on making a few things well.
