All was great

Good location, nice view, hotel is on a hill but there is an elevator nearby from TBS building. Staff is friendly and helpful. Amenities in lobby are a nice addition. There was an UE compatible wallsocket in our room so a big +. Daily room cleaning is also a plus.

The washing machine and dryer are a total crap. Not only our clothes were wet taken from dryer but they've acquired a rotten smell. We were not able to dry them in our room for next two days.

I booked a single room here. It's a nice small room with a refrigerator which is a huge bonus for me. Cozy, clean and nice hot water. They changed supplies everyday. Downstairs there is a coin laundry and dryer so you could use it to wash and clean. This location is one of the best (transit in 7mins walk, plenty restaurants and convenient store) I'll definitely choose them next time as well.

You could hear lots of noises but bearable.

Great location, a very quiet neighbourhood close to shops, restaurants and Akasaka metro station. The hotel is clean, comfortable and staff are very attentive. Free coffee and snacks in the lobby are a bonus. The hotel is also conveniently located two doors down from a traditional Japanese Izakaya bar called BunBun which is worth a visit if you get the chance.

They have a lounge that you stay while waiting for the check in time. They allowed me to check in early. Great and helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast and facilities are great. The train station is about 15 minutes walk. I recommend this place for travelers to Tokyo.

It is located on a hilly section of Asakasa. It will be challenging for travelers with large luggage.

Friendly staff. Near to a subway. Good nightlife location. Lovely area in the city. Peaceful location. Washing machine. Coffee machine in reception and afternoon doughnuts. Very clean. Great toiletries in the bathroom.

The bathroom partition was glass, so if you want to use the toilet at night it lights up the whole bedroom and disturbs my partner's sleep.

The bathroom wasn’t the most private which is fine if you’re staying with family or people you’re comfortable with but just be ready.

Location is convenient to multiple metro lines, convenient stores within walking distance. Definitely a great option if you don’t want to pay extra to stay in the busy touristy areas (Shibuya/Shibjuku).

Beds were quite firm and room was very small, but the room size was expected based on typical size in Tokyo.

Excellent location, nice, bright clean hotel. Rooms are clean, sufficient amenities, great hot water. Staff is easy going and they spoke english. Always felt safe, and comfortable. Really near Akasaka station, lots of combinis and restaurants nearby. Great value.

Room is small, no way to hide that. But it is Tokyo, so that's par for the course. Hotel is on the top of a pretty steep hill, but right behind the TBS TV station there is a shortcut where you can take an elevator, or a flight of stairs.

the property was clean and the staff members were extremely kind. I appreciated their level of effort in ensuring my SO and I were comfortable and had our things taken care of. We needed our luggage stored a few times during our stay and the staff were extremely accommodating.

The only thing my SO did not feel the most comfortable with were the bathrooms. For the double rooms, the bathroom walls are made of glass. Although people cannot see through the glass, it was not very sound proof. But everything else was perfect!
