Great value for money. The facilities are old, but well-maintained and relatively spacious. Prices are lower than other hotels in the area because it is heavily subsidized by the government (for mayors of local governments). If you can book a room here, you're lucky. :)

For tourism, the location might not be most convenient since it is located near the parliament and government offices. If you know Tokyo subway system well, you can still get around (the hotel is a few min walk from Nagata-cho Station on Hanzomon Line).

Nice, clean comfy bed and room. Very good quality of amenities (especially their cleanser and remover!) They also provide great customer service. I didn't realize that I selected a smoking floor and requested to change to a non-smoking at 8 PM (after trying to bear with it but cannot). The staff then swiftly moved me to the non-smoking floor without any extra charge.

Very nice and clean hotel. Breakfast was very good and plenty. Bed was comfortable.

You needed to know that there is Nagatachō station 5 min walk away and the escalator is at exit 8. Otherwise, you'll have to carry your luggage up and down 40 somewhat stairs manually. Additionally, Google maps only navigates to Akasaka-Mitsuke station which is 17 min uphill walk away from the hotel.

We love the location and the view of Tokyo skyline from our window specially during sun set. All staff are very helpful and would really try their best to speak in English. I would like to commend Wakaumi for helping us with the limousine bus to the airport. He was very patient and really took the time to google all the details for us.

I liked the location. The staff were superfriendly. Especially the guy in the reception that gave us the key to the room. And we wished for a room high up and with a nice view and wow did they deliver! If going to Tokyo again (and I hope I will) I would definitely stay at Toshi again. Liked the breakfast as well.

Very conveniently located close to several metro stations yet quiet. Unobstructed view of Tokyo, spacious room. Friendly staff. Appreciated the daily housekeeping and complimentary water. Would love to stay again when in Tokyo!

Great location within walking distance to many train/subway lines and easy access to major tourist attractions (Shibuya/Shinjuku/Ginza/Ikebukuro...). Convenience store right opposite the hotel. Their larger twin room was a good size for up to 3-4 large luggages opened up (with a little squeeze). We got to see the Tokyo Sky Tree from afar in their West facing rooms.

Car park staff was a bit of a hit and miss and wasn't the most convenient.

Very comfortable and clean, nice bathroom facilities. 24-hour convenience store directly opposite. A few different Metro stations nearby in each direction as well as JR Ichigaya about 15 minute walk. 11am checkout was appreciated. I would stay here again. I read a lot of reviews that the rooms are small, but that's Tokyo!

Location suited us as it was a short walk to a number of different metro stations. The hotel was good value for its location. It was useful having the Family Mart across the road. The beds were comfy and we had a good night's sleep.

No direct route on public transport from Haneda Airport. We ended up taking the monorail to Hamamatsucho station and picked up a taxi from there which only cost @ 2,200 yen. We liked the location but there's not a lot of choice for places to eat in the immediate area. However, it's not too far to walk to the Ichigaya area where there are more options.
