comfy pillows and bed. (despite a little bit small for 6feet tall individuals. right next to Hanzomon (Z line, purple) station, and close to Shibuya stop (same line). Little further from the airport, would suggest only suitcase and you have to be ready to walk so so so farrrr~~ Thank God, we have the private driver, it save us lots of time struggling of walking (having golden aged families). Very fortunate with the nice weather and not hot but chilly.

Staff are Top tier professionals.

Dust is a small problem. It is still pretty clean everywhere but everything above 1.8m has some dust around it.

The hotel location is good just next to Hanzomon subway station and just 5-10 minutes walk from the Imperial Gardens. The hotel facilities are quite modern. The room was rather small, but this is common for Japan and especially Tokyo. Breakfast is very diverse with both Japanese and Western options. The cleanliness is on the high level even relatively to the Japanese already high standard.

There are construction works next to the building from 8 to 18 every day except Sunday. The hotel management should be more transparent on this issue and inform in advance those guests whose rooms look at the construction cite on possible inconveniences and propose some compensations.

We stayed 8 nights. Quite and convenient location for our travel around Tokyo. I love the coffee machine, UCC capsules, which has green tea option too. Daily complimentary bottled green tea, face masks, travel size skincare, bathsalt, etc. Housekeeping is excellent. They always replace towels, add 4 bottles of drinking water. Generous supply of toiletries. 2 sets of pyjamas, comfortable to wear. Room is a big compared to Tokyo city hotel rooms, can fit our 2 luggages with room to move around. Queen bed is comfortable. Concierge speaks good English.

Most of the restaurants around the hotel is closed on Sunday.

Location is great for runners. Close the imperial palace, you will meet many other runners. It's also well located to get to the different sightseeing areas of Tokyo, but in itself it's not a sightseeing area. Hanzomon is just well located to get everywhere. At least three subway stations in walking distance. Limited restaurants, but everything you need close by. Hotel is nice. Good breakfast, but served in a conference room setting with mostly long tables. Breakfast is good value, plentiful buffet style, varied offering. Recommended to book breakfast, just don't expect a 5-star experience. Very nice staff. Helpful, too.

It's really a good place. Perhaps the breakfast setting was a bit underwhelming. Ground-floor, in a conference room setting with mostly long tables, felt like a cantina.

Room was good size for Tokyo. Bed was comfortable. Situated right across the street from Hanzomon station, and between a family mart and a 7-eleven on the same block. Staff was helpful and attentive- they offered directions and a map when I asked a question regarding an outing I had planned. Breakfast buffet had a better selection than most, with allergens clearly labeled (and Omelette station was excellent). Overall great value for price.

No complaints about hotel. Location note- While extremely close to Hanzomon station, Hanzomon Line itself isn’t always the best line for getting around to many parts of Tokyo, so location is not as ideal as it might seem if you have never been to Tokyo. The entry to Imperial Palace and gardens is also on the opposite side from Hanzomon, so keep in mind if you planned to walk there as I did. Overall, this is not an issue with the hotel, just something that was relevant to my experience of the location.

Honestly, we loved everything. The room was larger than usual found in Tokyo, the staff cleaned everyday the room and we had 2 coffees and 2 teas in the room provided daily for the machine maker inside the room and also 1 l of water/person. In the bathroom, we had everything that you could need: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, tooth brush, comb etc. The hotel is right in front of the metro line with very good connections everywhere. At each corner you have a small store, 7eleven, family mart, detour, pharmacy, fruits and vegetables store etc. You could find some amenities at the first floor, bath salt, face mask, creams etc. also in the same area, were microwave machines and ice makers. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location is great. I like how at the end of the day the hotel would put out complementary bath salts, soothing patches for muscle ache, face masks and caffeine free drinks to relax at the end of day. Really helpful staff.

Japan has a courier service where they provide a luggage service to send your suitcase onto the next hotel. The service the hotel use isn't very good as won't take any size furniture. They declined my suitcase, as it was slightly larger than the service provider. (Standard size UK suitcase) .

Closeness from Hanzomon station (Tokyo Metro Hanzomon line). From Narita take Keisei Access Express to Oshiage SkyTree station and connect to Tokyo Metro line. It's easier this way than going to Keisei Ueno then take Ginza line for Shibuya and change to Hanzomon line. Facility albeit slightly old-fashioned is clean and not as cramped like newer ubiquitous "business" hotels. Laundry service was quick and excellent. Check-in starts from 3 pm and no early check-in option is available. They can keep your luggage if you head off for your Day 1 sight seeing. There are two 24/7 combini stores nearby and a Soba/Udon bar and a coffee shop nearby. Using Hanzomon line, it's easy to get to city centres within 30 min., Yet small Hanzomon station is not crowded excepting rush hours

A small point but wash basin taps are separate and can't mix hot/cold water.

The breakfast in the hotel is exceptional with wide variety of options in both European and Japanese style. The room was bigger than others I've seen Tokyo - there was space for some luggage and a wardrobe. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The hotel is close to the Imperial palace with the running route around it. Other parks / running routes are also close by, which makes the hotel perfect for runners. Combined with the direct lobby entrance and the proximity to the metro station, it makes it a perfect place to stay for easy access to the city. I will definitely stay again.

The room was heating up quickly, so the only option was to keep air conditioning on. The shower had was too fancy for my liking, but did produce a decent flow of water.
