very comfortable stay, nice helpful staff and keeped very clean

the location is a little away from main areas but very close to the train station

The location was fantastic, and so close to food stores and a train station that was pretty central. The Business Suite was perfect for a solo traveller, with areas to lock up valuables and the perfect amount of space to sleep and rest. The bathrooms are also great - plenty of bathrooms and never had to wait for a shower.

It is important to note that it is a hostel-type of accommodation, which means people are coming and going quite often, and often are not too considerate of the other people in terms of noise etc. However, it is manageable with the earplugs at reception!

The staff were friendly and amenities close and available. The lounge was always clean and relaxing place to eat breakfast or sit and relax before bed.

The mattress was a bit stiff not accommodating to side sleepers like myself.

My first time in a cabin, it did not disappoint! Beautiful facilities that get cleaned multiple times a day. Big open space with all kinds of facilities.

The breakfast option was only granola.

Mattress is either cheap or overused - should be replaced. It was too soft in the centre. A little pricier for a capsule hotel.

Great stay with huge amount of facilities in the women's section such as face lotion, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, hair straighteners and curlers. It was quiet and very close to the JR station so easy to get from airport and other places. The staff was friendly and helpful. Perfect for solo travellers!

If you are a light sleeper this could be diffcult stay due to noise and light from other people but I slept fine and you can get ear plugs or eye masks.

The bathrooms are clean with a lot of products like body wash, facial cleanser, hair dryer etc. They also provided pyjamas so you don't have to come with much. The rooms were quiet, and they provided earplugs for guests. Location is right opposite the train station.

The bathroom is 2/3 floors down. There's a toilet on the main floor but the baths require going down stairs. It was a bit hard getting assistance from the staff on general Tokyo inquiries as only one of them send comfortable speaking English. I had to use Google translate to ask for help. It wasn't a big issue but it could have made my to easier.

- the location is really good - the cleanness and the way it was designed (with all the spaces like lobby, showers and spa, washing machines, and the sleeping area where is very quiet, although if somebody snores (they give you earplugs but I suggest you get your own, as you can bring ones of higher quality )

- The mattress was too firm - The light by the urinals was too intense especially for the time when you get there in the middle of the night - it could ruin your sleep - There were only two showers (that I saw, at least) and in one day I had to wait my turn to go shower..

Clean, many facilities, affordable and convenient location. Staff were very helpful. I particularly liked the women’s bathroom, they had pretty much everything you needed to be comfortable for a short solo stay.

Pillow hurt my neck, and found it difficult to sleep as you could even hear the automatic air freshener and door opening at night, but not unexpected from a capsule hotel. They should maybe consider providing instructions to guests on how to use the communal bath/ onsen etiquette, as I witnessed one guest hop in without showering first, and watching tiktoks in the shared bath which was kind of off-putting for myself and other guests. It should be everyone’s responsibility to educate themselves on onsen etiquette if they’re going to use it, so it’s not necessarily the hotel’s fault.

One of the best Capluse hotels i have stayed at, probably because its my firs in japan, previous ones have only ever been in Europe. The staff are a great, very clean, high quality, they have a cool manga library, great bathrooms and showers. Generally the whole place was very clean and of high quality to my standards and for a capsule hotel of my experience.

Maybe only thing that could have been better is the bed, just a tiny bit too hard, but i was able to sleep fine on them. Second like every hostel or capsule hotel you will have to bare the noise of other customers, so its abit noisy at night when alot of men are snoring, thankfully they give you complimentary ear plugs.
