very comfortable stay, nice helpful staff and keeped very clean

the location is a little away from main areas but very close to the train station

The staff were friendly and amenities close and available. The lounge was always clean and relaxing place to eat breakfast or sit and relax before bed.

The mattress was a bit stiff not accommodating to side sleepers like myself.

The location was fantastic, and so close to food stores and a train station that was pretty central. The Business Suite was perfect for a solo traveller, with areas to lock up valuables and the perfect amount of space to sleep and rest. The bathrooms are also great - plenty of bathrooms and never had to wait for a shower.

It is important to note that it is a hostel-type of accommodation, which means people are coming and going quite often, and often are not too considerate of the other people in terms of noise etc. However, it is manageable with the earplugs at reception!

My first time in a cabin, it did not disappoint! Beautiful facilities that get cleaned multiple times a day. Big open space with all kinds of facilities.

The breakfast option was only granola.

Mattress is either cheap or overused - should be replaced. It was too soft in the centre. A little pricier for a capsule hotel.

1. Clean hotel except for the carpet in the toilet at the sauna area. 2. Accommodating staff. Can speak and understand English. 3. Free Breakfast. 4. Fast Wifi. 5. Walkable to Ichigaya Subway Station. 6. Near and has restaurant and convenience stores around.

1. 5pm check in time. Its way too late. 2. Stiff bed. 3. Some clients/tourists are noisy. 4. Foul smelly carpet in the toilet at the sauna. Smells like dried urine and perfume. Already reported this to the staff and have some recommendation to replace the carpet with vinyl tiles just like in the mens toilet at the 2nd floor for easy cleaning.

Great stay with huge amount of facilities in the women's section such as face lotion, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, hair straighteners and curlers. It was quiet and very close to the JR station so easy to get from airport and other places. The staff was friendly and helpful. Perfect for solo travellers!

If you are a light sleeper this could be diffcult stay due to noise and light from other people but I slept fine and you can get ear plugs or eye masks.

The business class room was spacious enough for a capsule hotel and had two outlets, a nice light that you could control from the front and the back, and an air conditioner (mind you, the air conditioner was pretty much just a white noise machine as it didn't cool much at all). The accommodations were fantastic, providing anything you needed: towels, razors, slippers, etc. Each floor has toilets and sinks, while the first floor has the bathhouse, private showers, and laundry. The common area in the lobby was great, providing a lot of seating, some with outlets. There is a wall of manga for anyone to enjoy and coffee brewing, ice cream, and frozen dinner vending machines. There is also a free breakfast in the morning.

The laundry machine ended up being around 700 yen and took 3 hours to clean and dry, as the initial drying cycle did very little, so I had to run it 2 more times. The air conditioner in the room was a bit lackluster.

Everything! The bed was comfortable, the privacy was amazing, and the facilities and amenities are top-notch. The lockable mini storage by the bed was enough for a small-medium purse etc., otherwise there are cable locks available in the baggage storage area (but really I felt my luggage was safe.) The first floor had the beds and a room with vanities and toilets. There's a TV in your room, but it only played Japanese shows (I thought it might have international news). There's probably 30-ish rooms in the female dorm, so bring earplugs, but it also depends on your luck who you get in the area. Some people are snorers. In the basement which is two flights of stairs down (no elevator) are the showers, laundry machines, and the sento (public hot bath), and more toilets and vanities. It was amazing to have the sento hot bath to soak in after a long day of walking! They provide good shampoo, hair conditioner, and body soap, and slippers and towels everyday. There's even a weight scale and full length mirror! The vanities are equipped with hair dryers and hair straighteners, cotton balls and ear cleaners, and face soap and face lotion, and very good lighting. They provide nearly everything! There's a lounge area with tables, some are private, and there's vending machines. Right outside next door is a beauty shop. They provide breakfast but only croissant and cereal. They also have umbrellas if a storm arrives. They'll hold your luggage before and after check in, very sensible. It's very close to the Ichayaga station, right across the river which was very convenient. And lots of good restaurants and coffee shops around.

There is a machine in the female dorm that make a very loud sound, I think it might be an air freshener but it is LOUD throughout the night sleeping. The TV could have more channels in English. The breakfast could be expanded.

It is in a good location with only a short walk to the Ichigaya Station which has a few train lines. It is quiet and not busy (compared to staying in Shinjuku for example). The staff were courteous. Good instructions from members of staff on how to get to the location. The facilities are clean and tidy.

The check-in time is too late at 5.00 pm and the check-out time too early at 10.00 am. Two croissants are provided for breakfast which I appreciate, but not after 10.00 am. Since they seem to be taken out from the fridge, there should be some flexibility on the 10.00 am deadline. Having said the above, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying again.
