The room was small but equipped with every facility. Its furnitures were new and functional. Quiet and stylish room. I appreciated the copious electricity plugs and USB ones. I appreciated also the starry roof of the lift. Soap, shampoo, hair dryer, safe, kettle, shoe horn, pajamas were available in the room. A toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, coffee powder, milk powder, etc. were available in the hall. The location is convenient for reaching all the main points of Tokyo (which, having no real center, requires some compromise).

The size of the room was really small, even by Japanese standards. I was traveling with hand luggage and had a hard time finding somewhere to put it. The bed was more than 3/4 surrounded by the room's walls. As well as in other Japanese hotels, room cleaning was not provided (or rather, only after a certain number of days of stay).

Green Palace Tokyo was very comfortable and the room was larger than we had expected. It was very clean and had all the facilities one could require. .Staff were polite and helpful and the food in the restaurant was really great. The location was excellent being close to the station and one stop from Shinjuku .We would recommend Green Palace Tokyo to anyone requiring a reasonably priced hotel which offers good value for the money.

Everything was good

The place matches the photo's and the facilities it offers. For a 3 star hotel it was a really good place with a comfortable room. I didn't had any problems. The room was quite small so keep that in mind when travelling with multiple people but it isn't that much of an issue. There is also a convience store close by where you can buy some necessities. There are multiple subways which is a max 10 minute walk for the furtest one. The lines also takes you litteraly everywhere. The price is worth it for what you get. I would recommend this place!!!

I don't have anything that I didn't like. At first I was a bit worried about breakfast not included but the convience store beside made up for that. As a solo travel this place was a good stay.

Situated in a quiet suburb, 10 minute walk to a small station that got you all over Tokyo. 30 minute walk to the Imperial palace and gardens. There is a 7 eleven about 500 m away from the hotel. There are coin run washing machines in the hotel. Room was modern and clean.

The bathroom was dated and had some black mold in places

We travelled as a student group with 16 students and 3 staff. Loved the hotel, great rooms and location, free coffee helped. staff were professional and helpful at all times. will use again

The staff were the best part of our stay here. They were above and beyond helpful specially for us who can’t read or speak Japanese 😊

Room is a bit small but I guess that’s normal for Japan. Bed is a bit stiff and pillows aren’t very comfortable. Other than that everything was great 😊

Rooms were small (as is usual for Japan) but clean and well-equipped. Although consumables such as coffee and toiletries weren't supplied in the room, they were freely available in the lobby for you to help yourself as required.

Very comfortable rooms with all amenities. Close to it there is 7/11 which is great. Definetely good value for money

It was very close to the Kojimachi station so very easy to travel to anywhere in Tokyo.

Not really liking about the property but the room was really small that I didn’t have enough area to put my luggage on.
