It is quite close to the Hanzomon station which leaves easy access to the Ginza line (among many others) which goes to Asakusa and Shibuya. The beds were good with USB charging spots incase you don’t have power adapters. A family mart is also right next door for convenience.

Comfortable room with necessary amenities. Good location, close to subway and many combinis but no coffee shops near by.

Did not have tea so you had to get it from the lobby. Although it looked clean, definitely they need a better vacuum. Lots of hairs on the carpet and along the wall.

Located in a business area, so it's very peaceful at night. The neighbourhood felt very safe, I did a 8km walk at 10pm and felt very safe. 3 convenience stores within 50m and subway entrance just a 3 minute walk away. Shibuya is just 4 stops away and the Imperial Palace is about a 20 minute walk away! There is a free coffee machine, microwave in the lobby and free bread in the mornings. Staff speaks english and very helpful. The building and room is nice and designed very practically.

A little bit small, but that is expected for Tokyo. For the price, it's very good!

Hotel was good price for Tokyo, too. Room with very large bed. Free coffee of good quality available in lobby. Family mart right around the corner, yakitori place across the street also nice. Staff cleaned the room on daily basis, good care was given. Partner and I would go again for the same price.

The room was rather small, we had to play around to open our luggages. Often opening them on the bed, then closing them back. On first day we found some find of ash on the bed cover, but were too tired from the travel to complain about it. The mini fridge was not cold, even when on overnight, and with the summer heat it would have been nice to keep our drinks/water bottle in the fridge. Location is good but not great as the closest metro station Hanzomon is only deserved by the local trains, not the express ones (that's not in the hands of the hotel though).

This was a great find. For a tokyo hotel room, it was quite spacious for the price, 160 square feet! Such a great value. The staff was very helpful. They had a cappuccino machine in the lobby for free drinks. Every morning they had a nice selection of free bread and pastries, free water.l bottles. They even lent out umbrellas on rainy days. The stop was close enough to subway lines to make it convenient when exploring.

Neighborhood wasn't terribly interesting nor did they have much of a selection of good restaurants around the hotel. But everyone was friendly except for some side bars that apparently didn't want to serve foreigners.

Quiet hotel, comfortable bed, they provide slippers, room was reasonably clean, they provide clean towels, water etc. every day, there is a free coffee and pastries in the morning, helpful English speaking staff. Our A/C did not work the first night night (we found out about it at midnight), they offered for us to sleep in another room and we changed rooms the following day. Location is within 1 min walk to the nearest underground station so well connected.

Room is very tiny, I'm not sure it's truly 21sq m (we stayed in the king room). You have about 30cm on each side of the bed, tiny sofa, tiny table, not much shelf space, no closet (there are a few hangers to be used). Bathroom is good size, but with low ceiling. If you are more than 180cm tall, you may struggle a bit in the shower.

The hotel location is excellent, close to 2 subway stations. Hanzomann station is 4 mins walk from Exit 2 or 6 (escalators) or 6G (lift), fyi Exit 1 is under renovation. Kojimachi station (Exit 1 & 2) is 8-10 mins walk. Easy to get around the city. The standard room is small, barely any walking room with two cabin size luggages. Despite the size, we are able to rest comfy as the rooms are sound proof and location is quiet.

The pillows are either flat or hard. Wish they offer other options. Luckily I travel with my own pillow.

The location of the hotel is great, right next to Hanzomon station. You are 5-10min away from Shibuya by metro. The surrounding area is very neat and calm, right next to Chiyoda City. The room was small, but large enough not to feel cramped. The whole hotel was spotless, the rooms especially. They cleaned the room everyday and brought fresh towels, the rooms especially always smelled nice like fresh laundry. The hotel offered complimentary breakfast/snack and served free coffee, tea and hot chocolate throughout the day, they were of good quality.

The staff lacked some English skills.

The hotel is very clean, with a nice, calm and welcoming design to come home to in the evening after the busy Tokyo streets. The breakfast offering in the morning is nice, with a small but refreshing variety of breads. The staff were super helpful organizing bag transfer, as well as quoting a private taxi driver to our next destination.

The rooms are VERY small if sharing with another person. There is not a lot of room on the floor if you have checked bags.

amazing location, one minute away from the hanzomon station which proved much better than staying close to chaotic big station like shinjuku. good grocery stores nearby (familymart). the pastries in the morning were so good, especially pain au chocolat and olive focaccia. i also needed to send luggage to kyoto and the staff was exceptionally helpful during the process!

the room was bit small but i guess that’s normal tokyo size, and no wardrobe, but all manageable!
