We stayed here for two nights. The room was small, but it had everything necessary, including private toilet. The private washroom was downstairs and was great. I was able to wash and take a long relaxing bath. Luxury. In the common area in the basement there were some kitchen amenities, washing machine, dryer and some place to sit, nothing fancy. Overall, the place was very clean and our stay was pleasurable. And the owner is very kind and helpful. He allowed us to check in early and also kept our luggage after our stay. Location was also great. Definately recommend!

The room was on the first (ground) floor, and upon uncovering the window many passers-by were able to freely stare at us, which in fact, they did.

Room is clean and they provided amenities. Host is very responsive and is willing to help even on odd hours.

Carrying luggage to the 3rd floor without an elevator was challenging, but the host's willingness to assist was appreciated. The bathroom lacks high-tech features like a smart toilet or bidet, which may be a consideration for some. Additionally, the absence of towel/clothes racks in the bathroom caught our attention. The bed was a bit uncomfortable with a thin mattress and small, uncomfortable pillows. The location, about 10 minutes from the nearest station, and the limited hours of the nearby convenience store were notable factors to consider. Overall, it was a decent stay with a few amenities to be mindful of.

Located in Shinjuku 4 chome and walking distance to Marunochi Station. There are konbinis and restaurants around the hotel although not as many as Shinjuku main area. It is quite area so great for sleeping. The attendant was very helpful and informative. It is also a walking distance to Shinjuku Gyoen Garden and if you walk bit further you can find Japan National Stadium as well.

This is a very nice hotel en really good value for money. We stayed in a family room with 4 and we had enough space. There were also hangers for our clothes which you do not find in every hotel. The room and bathroom was very clean and the beds were ok. They are-as almost everywhere in Japan- rather hard, but it was fine for me and my kids. Every bed has its own light and if you want some privacy you can close your curtains (each lower bunk bed has curtains). The room has a terrace. The neighbourhood is quiet at night so we could get a good nights sleep. There are convenient stores and restaurants nearby and the closest metro station is a 5 minutes walk away.

We were very touched by the kind attention - our welcoming note written in Ukrainian, our language, by the owner. I really liked this place for its character and rather spacious room, we took the room on the upper floor as we were three with children. Location is good, you can easily get to Shinjuku station, and there is a splendid national park right across the street to recommend. I will be back one day.

The owner is very friendly and willing to assist you personally. Bathroom was separate but private and spacious, even with bath tub! It was very relaxing to take a bath with bath aroma pack you can grab from reception, especially after days with long walks.

Room was well equipped but tiny, like many other accomodations in tokyo. The mattres was very basic and thin. Okay for a few night though.

The staff was super friendly and understanding. When we had an issue with the fire alarm accidentally going off, the staff handled it very well and was very forgiving, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and exactly what we needed for our short stay in Tokyo as we were passing through.

The beds had minimal bedding. Pretty much just a pillow and a comforter. It was still pretty comfortable, but I wish there were more blankets/sheets and maybe an extra pillow, but what they had still worked!

Nice and quite inn, with welcoming owner. Family room was spacious enough and well equipt. Beds may be a bit hard for some, but we all slept well and had nice and clean blankets and pillows. We only missed some storage space for clothes. No elevator, but there are only two floors. Very close to the park.

The property is tucked behind a quiet neighborhood in Shinjuku. It is a few stops away from Shinjuku station on the Marunouchi line. Is is very close to Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden which is a perfect place to watch the Sakura Trees in Full bloom. Our room was located on the 4th floor. It is spacious and airy. There was a balcony but the rain stopped us from enjoying it. the bathroom was en suit which was good for us 3 friends. Aki-san was very accommodating and friendly. which made our stay super incredible. Love the facade of the building too!

Modern facilities, helpful staff, good quiet location close to different lively areas in Shinjuku. Ienjoyed having a modern private bathroom
