The room is big enough for a family of 4, with enough space to put down and open suitcases. The dining table and kitchenette is a plus so we could all eat together on a proper table. The washer dryer in the room is also great - so quiet I can leave laundry running overnight. Hotel is within walking distance to a family mart, a 24h sukiyaki restaurant, ABC Mart, Alpen Tokyo, DonKi and even the train station.

The location is not really for families. It’s very close to bars but then again the area is still pretty safe. They also charge about ¥1500 for lost keycard.

The hotel is in a great location close to train stations, convenience stores and a short walk to the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku's night life. The roof top lounge is great! There are washer and dryer facilities on site and they can provide a full size baby cot if available. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable.

There wasn't really anything we didn't like. The only thing I would suggest is better pillows.

We liked everything about this place, especially the drink station located on the 11th floor. The selection of quality teas and excellent choice of coffees from the coffee machine (free of charge and unlimited).The facilities were new and modern.

A bit of a downside was the fact that the location was a male "go-go" area, but it did not bother us, we felt very safe to walk there midnight.

Very modern and clean with comfortable rooms. The staff is exceptionally friendly, helpful and all speak great English. The roof terrace has a cool view over Tokyo and is a nice space to relax, for the price it was a great stay, especially as a family.

Large rooms by Tokyo standard. Washer/dryer in the room was great. Roof top terrace was a lovely quiet spot as the sun set. Lots of dining options within walking distance

The room was excellent plenty of room for our family and our luggage. Washing machine, table, kitchen was a bonus, allowing us to have breakfast at home and do all our washing. We also liked the hotel lounge area with free tea and coffee & drinks.

Beautiful new hotel, could not fault it. From the room to the staff, everything impeccable. Clean, efficient and when we booked great value for money. A pleasure to arrive to.

For those superstitious, the hotel is located beside to a cemetery. Perhaps in Japan is common but those who feel spooky might be uncomfortable.
