The location was perfect. It locates in a clean, peaceful neighhood yet it is only 6 mins walk from Kabukicho Sakura-dori St., 5 mins to the important station. 1 min from the convenient store. The room is like newly refurbished. Everything looked clean and new. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were in the optimal softness. The air conditioning was very good. It wouldn't be too dry or too hot or too cold like some of the other hotels I experienced before. I would definitely come again!!!

There was no one tiny table in the kitchen for us to eat a quick meal. Also, the cups were put in the top shelf which was very high. However there was no chair or other things I could stand on to get them . Thank god I had my little son so I could just hold him and asked him to get cups for me.

Amazing hotel inside and out. Very fancy.

1. No laundry services in the hotel. 2. No way to exchange currency at the front desk. 3. WiFi is different in every room, lobby, and different places around the hotel - confusing. 4. The food was great but there is zero opportunity to choose what you want to each. The menu is set. For example, on some days there was fish and no other type of meat, so those people who don't each fish are basically forced to have rice and a few small items that are brought. Another thing that was strange about the food is that there are several courses, but rice is brought at the very end. And another thing that surprised us, we were with children and one of the courses for the children was meat (steak) but the adults at the table did not get any steak during that dinner, only fish. That was quite odd.

We chose a 3 room apartment. It has two western queen size beds with very comfortable mattresses and one single bed. These were divided between two rooms. In the lounge room there was the option of additional Japanese style sleeping if we had more people. There was a small fridge with freezer and kettle. Two separate showers and two toilets made this convenient for larger groups. The lounge room had a Japanese table and swivel floor chairs and a two seater western lounge. Towels were a good size and in fair condition. Shower included shampoo/conditioner with body + face wash. Toiletries were supplied in addition to this (toothbrush/paste, etc). It is 20m from a seven eleven convenience store - they will heat up your meals for free. They have all your meal/snack/grog needs. Staff are wonderful and very accommodating. Outside sitting area for relaxing. They will store your bags for the day until you catch your plane. Short 10/15 minute walk to train station, or Yen1100 by taxi.

The configuration of the rooms was odd - you had to walk through the main bedroom to get to the lounge room and second bedroom. The second bedroom did not have a door. A little bit of noise from outside but this settled down around 11pm. Ear plugs do wonders. The other rooms (we had friends staying here) mentioned overhead noise of footsteps. Loud enough to be distracting at night.

This suite has a bathtub and is much more spacious than the family room booked for our first 6 nights. The living room is decent for 6 pax to socialise. Big 7-11 is just few steps away.

We were expecting double beds x 3 but it came with 2 double beds, 1 single bed and 1 single futon (living room) so 1 family of 2 pax needs to be separated.

The room was really stylish, was not convenient enough but sure, it was stylish.

The internet could have worked better, and the room was literally on the sidewalk of the street so I could hear at night all people passing by. The staff was not on the reception by the time I arrived, I was supposed to call but you can't get a Japanese number as a tourist so I was waiting for someone to appear for almost 20 minutes. Luckily, a Japanese guest helped me by calling the number in the front desk. Staff could have been more atentive.

Spacious room, clean shower room and toilet. Polite staff and let us drop off our luggage in the morning.

Stayed on 205, few electric sockets as we are with 5 adults(2 next to one bed, 2 next to the shoe rack and 2 on the shower area). The pillow seems so low for us. Our room is next to the stairs so you hear people walking. Basin is small.

The environment is quite nice,and the location is very convenient which 7-11 is just right beside us.The staffs are quite friendly and helpful too. They wait late night until we reach, and help us to carry our luggages up and down the stairs. Really appreciate of it.

Quick and efficient check in, umbrellas to borrow, about 20 steps away from 7-11, clean with amenities provided, traditional looking place, close to so many 24h food places

Trash situation was a bit confusing.

Location was quite good since it was a short walk from the main roads that has lots of shops.

There was a washing machine but no dryer, a setback for those who needed to do laundry.

Loved it! We had an amazing room with two bathrooms and bedrooms which suited our needs well. The staff were always present and friendly, and took care of us. Location was great, very lively area with a 7/11 on the corner which was perfect for our snacks and drinks. Definitely recommend.
