Good location near Shinjuku Sanchome station, very good value, quiet at night, cosy

Room was slightly cramped for a 6ft man - had to duck to get into the bathroom, no room to open a suitcase on the floor

Room was very small - double bed as well (JPN standards are just different than those in the EU) Bathroom was even smaller, for a 190cm guy, I had issues standing straight in the bathroom + even sitting on the toilet as there wasn't enough space Windows didn't insulate properly - sound wasn't an issue really, but cold got easily through (upside was that somehow, the window curtains managed to block it) Unnecessary towel change every day

Simple, no-frills stay in a very convenient location. The staff was helpful and responsive, especially the younger guy at the front desk who helped us immediately when we had issues. We stayed here for a full week and would definitely stay again!

Not necessarily cons, but two things to note: we didn’t know we’d be placed in the second building, which required taking two separate elevators to get to our room. Additionally, they didn’t provide hand soap or lotion.

Had a good stay in our tatami room. The room was quiet and the futon were comfy. We were a group of three but space was no issue as we could fold away the futon when we weren't using it. The check in process was easy and staff were always available. We had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the station, restaurants and other areas of interest. There is an area nearby with lots of small local bars. Shinjuku Gyoen within a walkable distance. The hotel is in a quiet location off of a side street of a bigger road. We always enjoyed ending our days walking back onto this quiet street to our room.

Amazing location and value for three people, and the Japanese room was beautiful and thoughtfully prepared (there was even water for tea already hot when we arrived in the room). The man working at the counter was friendly and courteous even though I am not fluent in Japanese, and we had no problems checking in. We also loved the in-room yukata

Close to convenient store. Old style but clean. Room is a bit bigger than expectation. Close to Nippon-Rent-A-Car I had to walk to, only 130 m. so close.

A bit expensive price for this location and room style, but can be acceptable with the high season. Staff with smile could be better (but he did good support at first was ok)

I loved the location. Very close to all things in Shinjuku. Easy walking distance. The staff was very nice and super helpful.

I would not say that I did not like anything. This is a great affordable place to stay in a very popular district.

Walking distance from Shinjuku station in a quiet side street, great for late arrivals/early departures for train. Taxi from airport was quick and easy. Staff was there to check us in at 2am! Bed was comfortable and duvet was warm and soft.

Good location, Good value for money, close to metro lines, quiet place, The room in well equipped with air condition, refrigerator, cattle.

Overall a good stay. Only spent a night here as I was moving to a different city. Check In was smooth, rooms are clean and tidy. Its a 16mins walk from the Shinjuku Station but great area for food and drinks.
