We loved this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, the location was incredible and the most surprising, was they had so many amenity options in the lobby to take up to your room (toothbrushes, face masks, ear plugs, creams etc), it was like a little store and all free! They also had free drinks - sake, coffee, tea and soft drinks - as well as some snacks.

The only thing that stopped me from giving this hotel a 10, was the size of the rooms. I know Tokyo hotels are small and I booked knowing it was small, but it was quite small for 2 and we had to take it in turns to open out our suitcases. There was nowhere to hang clothes either, so we had to open our suitcases every morning.

Idk why this hotel has mediocre ratings, it deserves so much more!! So it's definitely a love hotel and the rooms are definitely small, but for a solo traveler who likes to go out /nightlife etc it's really a perfect spot. The love hotel aspect is pretty fun, it's entertaining to see all the couples waiting for a room at all hours of day and night lol. The hotel itself is adorable, no aspect is overlooked when it comes to the Bali themeing! The amenities are incredible, the 24/7 open bar in the lobby alone is worth the 5 stars! Lobby also has every toiletry you could think of and more. The room though small has absolutely everything you could need in it and the bed is really soft and comfortable, more so than other Tokyo hotels I've stayed at. The location is unbeatable, literally right next to Shinjuku Sanchōme station and in the heart of Shinjuku area. The employees are also super nice!! I loved this place and will absolutely stay there again next time I'm in Tokyo!

Nicely themed, lots of free items on offer! Small bite sized cakes were yummo! Bed was comfortable, room was nice and dark when lights were out. Location was great, restaurants very close by. Easy to get to from train station once orientated! Staff were nice and welcoming! Very nice space for couples, quiet and lovely! Great for a short stay.

Room was a little small, but considering it is a love hotel, I dont think the room expects luggage being opened in it! We had two medium sized luggage cases and we struggled to find space, so be aware if you have large suitcases.

The room was small but clean and comfortable. The free items available at reception were really helpful and much appreciated. The range of non food and drink items available for room service was impressive. The little token gift when we left after a 4 night stay was a nice touch.

Great location. Lots of food options and Lawsons just across the street. Complimentary drinks etc were fabulous.

Rooms are very small so was difficult with our luggage but we worked it out. Shower is just a cubicle and very small so may not be suitable for larger people.

Great little hotel. It is a love hotel which we didn't know but this was down to us not reading the description throughly. This didn't bother us, we wasn't woken by people coming and going and wasn't disturbed in any other way. The room and hotel is beautifully presented and themed throughout. The bed was clean and comfy. There is alcohol, food, amenities and toiletries all free of charge in the lobby. We had no issue with staff as mentioned in previous reviews. They were helpful and polite, using their translator device to talk to us, we shared a laugh on occasion and they explained everything well for us to have a late check out. Besides a bit of dust we couldn't fault this hotel. Location was perfect, right on a main underground metro route a few minutes walk away. 7 eleven and family mart a few minutes walk as well as bars, restaurants and a 10 minute walk into Shinjuku and about 10 minutes train to Shibuya.

Not much space for those travelling with luggage. We used space in the bathroom although small it helped for our 3 night stay. The room had dust on the tv which we cleaned and dust around the room on edges and in corners. Just a bit more attention to details would make this place perfect!

A very tiny room, but filled with anything you need and even more. Free drinks and snacks at the front desk. Very fancy overall. Good location, just a few minutes walk from Shinjuku station.

A lovely hotel. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. They go out of their way to make your stay a pleasant one. It unexpectedly started snowing when we were there and they gave my husband and I an umbrella each to use, and when we tried to return them we were told they were a gift and to keep them. At the end of our stay we were given a choice of a free gift each as well. When we forwarded our luggage the gentleman took great lengths to make sure we had the correct price and weren’t overcharged. The property is very close to the subway entrance and on the other side of the main road is a coin operated laundry (although it is a little pricey). There is a family mart a minutes walk up the road and the main Shinjuku area is easily accessible. It is a love hotel, but it does not feel ‘seedy’ at all. In the lobby there is a huge selection of items including snacks, drinks and alcohol which are all free of charge. Admittedly the rooms are small, but perfectly nice. Our room had a toilet and shower with plenty of free bathroom products provided. We had no issues with noise at all. Overall, we would recommend this hotel 100% as it’s very reasonably priced and well situated.

Only thing I would change is to add a sensor to the elevator so it knows when someone is trying to enter as the doors are closing. I got caught in the doors once, and while it didn’t hurt it was a bit of a shock!
